I loved these shoes initially, but I walked about a half mile in them to run an errand, and the seam where the toe post is sewn to the bow/strap actually rubbed skin off on my right foot. I had tried a larger size initially, and it had the same problem right away, so I switched to a smaller size. Now I think it is a manufacturing defect or something.I am hoping a different style will work better because it is a very comfortable foot bed and I really need a sandal with arch support!

Very pretty shoe, but the strap is very stiff and hurt the top of my foot. The tie for the bow touched my toes and was annoying. I LOVE the Vionic LIZBETH sandal. I have purchased two of those so far. These Bella sandals I returned.

I bought these sandals to go on a trip having had good luck with this brand, I love this sandal, cute and comfortable. However, the straps left a constant black v on my foot and under the cute leopard print is a soft backing of black, which started to peel after only 3 days of wear. I am returning these and if Zappos thinks this is just a defective pair, I will try another and see what happens. Disappointed.

The bottom of the sandal is great. The top is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I keep trying to wear these and be happy but all day I think about how sore the top of my foot is. I would not recommend buying this style at all. I wish I hadn't. It is too late to return because I had hoped they would come around and break in a bit. It's been a little over 30 days and they've not gotten any better.

Not at all like the Orthaheels I have worn for the past 3 summers. These are narrower, and the strap much tighter. At first I thought they would work, so I wore them for a short stroll. They started rubbing on the top of my foot between my first and second toes, and I now have sores there on both feet. I am hugely disappointed in these as well as the other pair of Orthaheels I ordered (and knew I could never wear). Whatever changes this company has made, they are negative. I won't try again, and Vionic/Othaheel/whoever has lost a long-time, faithful customer.

These are super cute and the foot bed would have been super comfortable but the strappy top was tight. It also was pretty narrow. I generally do not wear wides and in these I would have.

Foot bed is slippery, straps are skimpy and the metal at the end of the bow is going to be very uncomfortable when it is hot out. Shoes are going back, also they do not offer as much support as the Tide II foot bed.

Pretty and supportive soles, but the thong strap is rough and poorly designed and rubbed the top of my feet between by big toes and left uncomfortable owies so I had to return.

Definitely NOT narrow width. More like a 7 1/2 WIDE!

Love the style and design. Great arch support. Overall rating is a 1 (not because of Zappos, but because of brand) because the shoe is NOT Narrow even though it is sold as such. It was obvious as soon as I opened the package and confirmed when I put it on. I'm so disappointed as I need a sandal like this.

This would have been my third pair of Vionic Bella sandals over the last few years as well as other styles and bedroom slippers. Unfortunately they r on their way back because the width was so off. I ordered a 7N that was so wide I could not comfortably keep them on my feet. Not sure if the sandals were sized incorrectly, boxed incorrectly or if there is a new manufacturer. But this isn't even close to narrow. I'm sorry I didnt take a picture in the blue Bella sandals I own and then take a pic in the ones I just returned. I think it's more difficult to find Vionics in narrow sizes anymore. I notice that Beezees aren't made as well anymore either. Shame. If anyone knows of other sandal brands that come in narrows, please share. Thanks

This sandal runs big, wide and really for a thick foot- there's a lot of space between the top of the foot and the strap- on the top and the sides. I don't have pudgy feet, but very thin skin, and just regular feet. 5'4" 126 lbs. I wear a size 8.5 sneakers, 8 sandals, ordered an 8- huge and a 7.5- which wear a bit too short , my heal hanging over a bit, noticeably -and not comfy when walking. The arch support and cushioning is great! I sure wish they fit me, Returned. Pics below. returned.

Not a great fit

The fit and comfort on these sandals seemed good, but I returned them right away. The straps were thin and "slippery" patent leather/vinyl, and the insole was also a bit slippery. So my feet kept falling out of these shoes.

I have owned several pair of Vionic shoes and sandals. Never a problem. This pair stretched out after wearing for only 2 weeks (not daily). No support anymore, the sides of the thong part are warped. My foot gets a cramp while walking, trying to hold them on. They are not cheap and I am very disappointed. I wish they were returnable

The tails of the bow are metal and thwack your foot when you walk. They are also super wide for claiming to be a medium width.

Shoe did not fit me and I would like to return the shoes.

I returned the shoes. The left one squeaked with every step. They almost seemed like they were seconds.

So excited to see a Vionic shoe in narrow! The golden cork is adorable and would go with so many outfits this summer. The shoe bed was comfortable and fit perfectly. The problem was in the straps. They were so high off the top of my foot I could not walk in them. I tried to dig my toes into the bottom of the shoes to keep them on but it was a no go. I even thought of adding fabric underneath the straps. I returned them….

I ordered a narrow. I could fit my fingers between the straps and top of my foot. I’m very disappointed.

Toe piece is very uncomfortable and too much work to break in. Sending back.

My friends have enjoyed VIONIC for years and thought I'd try a pair. The narrow was not narrow enough. My size 7 foot was swimming in a 7 narrow. So sad.

This shoe seemed like a medium, not a narrow. There was too much space between my foot and the straps. Also, the arch support felt like an uncomfortable lump to me.

This has been my go-to favorite sandal for several years. I have ordered several pairs since I discovered them about 4 years ago. Until this year they lasted forever. The last two pair I ordered have barely lasted 2 months. I returned one then ordered again thinking it must have been an exception. These shoes are not made like they used to be. They definitely provide the arch support I need but they don’t last and they even started to get an odor after I wore them maybe a dozen times. Very disappointed because I love the look and the arch support. Vionic PLEASE go back to the original material.

Cute, but unstable. Don't know if that was because of my supination or the fact the shoe wasn't sturdy, but these were returned. Footbed felt nice if I didn't stand up, but that's about it.
