Love these shoes, love the look, super comfortable. However, they SQUEAK when I walk and I can't deal with it at work. This is my second pair - I had the same shoes in a different color several years ago - and the first ones didn't squeak. But these are going back. Very frustrating.

These look like orthopedic shoes. No a fan of the style at all. Comfort was good.

The fit wasn't bad, however as others have posted the color was definitely not navy blue. An off color of grey is what I received. They also were scuffed a little on both toes. Wanted to like them, but not able too.

Fit and size are fine, but the heels feel higher and more narrow than they look. I also ordered a pair in black, which I have worn, and they felt very wobbly. I never wore the tan pair and they are still in the box. Wish I could send them back, but it is too late. If you are looking for "sensible" shoes, I do not recommend these.

Unfortunately, the navy is not navy: is a sort of medium-dark grey-blue. Love the fit and the style. Wish it really came in navy.

Extremely narrow. I almost fell when trying to walk since the heel was so narrow and unsupportive. The center was uncomfy also. These are going back.

Ran smaller and I got my normal size, 6.5 medium. Very uncomfortable and I sent them back.

I usually wear a 7.5 N in Cobb Hill shoes but these were too roomy for my skinny feet and there was a big gap between my arch and the shoe.

Was very uncomfortable on my right arch.

I am very disappointed with this pair of Rockport shoes. It lost workmanship and Italian elegance. It is uncomfortable. Returned.

These are very narrow. and the strap isn't even long enough to close. You will have to order 1/2-full size larger.

I loved this shoe! They were so comfortable it was like walking on pillows. They look good with pants or dresses. However, after a few wearings it was like the right shoe "broke down". When I put weight on the right, I could feel it give, and sink a bit. The left shoe did not do this. I am planning to order again and hope that it was just a fluke with that one pair.

These are attractive and are nicely cushioned but the strap hits me right at my bunion. Very uncomfortable! Sadly, they are going back.

These were okay in person -- not bad, not great -- but ran smaller and narrower than the usual Rockport Cobb Hill sizes, and the straps had very little flexibility with movement. I also wasn't a fan of the instability in the ankles created by the narrowing heels. I wanted to like them, but even if they'd fit my wide feet properly, I didn't find them worth the price.

After walking for 10 minutes, my foot started burning, an the pain lasted more than 48 hours.

Very disappointed. I could tell from a glance that these were not a wide. I even checked the box and the shoes to make sure that a medium width had not been sent to me by accident. I could not even get my toes into the shoe. Back they go!

I love Rockport Cobb Hill shoes so wanted to love these, too--especially after reading all of the positive reviews on this site. However, when I tried them on, I just couldn't get over the fact that they looked like I was wearing tap shoes. Not a great look for a woman in her 50s. Also, this style of shoe tends to run more narrow than other wide Cobb Hill shoes. So I am sending them back.

These shoes were attractive in design, but the sizing was off. I ordered the same size I wear in the 8 pairs of Cobb Hill shoes I own and these were too tight. I can't say if they stretch if walked in a bit, because Zappos sent me two left shoes. I ordered the "pewter" but they were gold. Not a bad color, but gold is not pewter just as tan is not grey. I also want to mention that I was unable to buckle the shoe, as the last hole was not punched all the way through the leather. I am a big fan of Cobb Hill shoes and will continue to order them, but this one was a fail. I also remain a fan of Zappos as they are terrific and anyone can make a mistake.

The intersection between style and comfort does not meet at this shoe. For one, the leather of the upper was not as soft as it could be and cut into the top of my foot more than I expected it would, although the sole and heel height were very comfortable. But the style is just so old-fashioned and matronly that the comfort and fit would have had to have been off-the-charts to make me wear this shoe. It's going back.

I excitedly ordered these shoes because they came in wide. When i received them, however, i found that they are really just a normal width (I can't imagine what the regular widths are like) and don't fit well. If you're looking for truly wide shoes, skip these ones.

I bought these shoes in white for the office. I really like the style and the comfort of the shoe was nice. However, they had a weird 'squeak' with every step. I walked different paces to hide the squeak with no success. It loud enough where people could hear it, which made it embarrassing. I'm really disappointed because they were really cute shoes that matched perfectly with some of my summer work outfits. It was too late to return because I bought them way ahead of summer. I don't recommend them.
