Even on the last hole, the strap would be too tight---the buckle strap around the ankle was not long enough to be comfy for my foot.

These looked really cute on, but the toe box was too small and the leather too stiff for my feet. Sorry to have to send them back, but I know they would begin to hurt before long.

I am happy with my purchase. They are a cross between a shoe & a sandal. I have a difficult time finding footwear that fits so finding something that is comfortable without looking like an orthopedic style is a win for me!

this shoe is very cute and comfortable. i have the white which is stark and icy. the navy and pewter are quite muted however so i returned them. was hoping for a richer, darker, brighter color. i would love if they made these in bright red. they are also a bit narrow, bit fit well even though i don't have a narrow foot. the toe is a bit point for me. would like something a bit more rounded

I’m not completely comfortable in this shoe. My right foot has a bunion on already wide feet, so the bunion actually sticks out of the shoe. I can only wear the shoe a few minutes without it hurting. I kept them but wear them very short periods of time and whenever I am seated, I slide the right shoe off my foot for relief.

The 'navy' I received was more like a slightly worn denim color. Leather is soft. I'm a narrow, and the shoe is a little sloppy on my foot.

I own these in four colors, but the blue was not as blue as the photo. More of a gray blue, so the color did not work for me.

I like the color and style of these shoes to wear for work. I ordered the 7.5W, and the toe area is definitely roomy. The main critique I have is that my bare feet slip around in them when I walk.

No breaking-in at all. I wore these for 5 mile round trip commute and all day at work. Towards the end of the day, the pinky toe on my right foot rubbed the inside of the shoe uncomfortably. Also, the right heel started to rub, too. Otherwise, the shoes would be perfect. I like the arch support (i have plantar fasciitis and bunions). These did not bother me at all. The only issue was the pinky toe. I'm hoping that it goes away.

Cute shoes and I loved the understated pewter color. I wanted to keep them but they didn't work with my bunion. The side straps hit in the wrong place so they went back.I replaced them with SAS Suntimer lusso which works better for my picky feet although the gold color is much brighter.

Years ago I had bunion surgery on both feet. The doctor warned me that sometimes bunions return after surgery and although I am very particular and careful about the shoes one bunion has returned. It is very difficult for me to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. I have a narrow heel and thin feet (low volume) but still need shoes with enough front width to accommodate the bunion. I wanted new dress shoes for an upcoming cruise and decided to try Cobb Hill Aubrey. I like Cobb Hill shoes and the reviews were positive. The Aubrey shoes are lovely but the two side straps have an uncomfortable separation too close to my bunion. It is very painful as the bunion rubs where it protrudes from the shoe. I will return this pair and try to find soft shoes that protect the bunion by completely covering the front of my foot. These are lovely shoes and I would definitely keep them if my feet were not so sensitive.

Very pleased with this purchase. My only issue is the heel design feels a bit unstable, causing my ankle to turn if I'm not careful. Otherwise, a very comfortable shoe and true to size.

I ordered my normal size but these seem a bit too long for me (7.5 Wide). Ordering half a size down and hoping they fit better because it is a really cute and comfortable shoe!

Very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, the color was not just what I was needing. I hated to send them back.

I'm typically a size 7M (regular width), although occasionally a wider width is more comfortable. That was the case with these. While they were super cute, they pinched a bit across my toe box and I figured that would only get worse as I walked, even with such a moderate heel. I tried them in the wide width and they fit great. In the wide, they are the first heels I can spend the day in without wanting to scream. Thanks for such a sensible return/exchange policy, Zappos!

These are comfortable except for the fact that they are a bit narrow. If your feet are wide at all, these might not work for you in the conventional width.

NO break-in time. SO OOO comfortable. I love them, even though they make my size 8 feet look HUGE.

I really wish these worked for me, very cushioned sole, pretty style that would match wardrobe, good heel height. Issue was my wide feet bulged out the sides which was not a good look. Will need to return these.

Lovely looking shoe, however the back was not embracing my heel properly and it kept flopping around no matter how much I tightened the buckle.

Love this shoe, but it is narrow and long , I usually wear 8 -Medium , but on this shoes I feel that 7.5 Wide is better choice for me. Unfortunately I have to return this , even though I like the style and comfort.

This is my 4 or 5th of this style in several colors. These are perfect for my ofce and sometimes I forget I have them on when I get home. Please make them in a red, burgundy red and a deep gold. I also want a true green pair. Thanks for making small sizes.
