I was glad these were a little narrower than my men's KMD Sport LS (I'm a woman, but wear 10.5 women's, and the highest women's sizes are all just a touch too short). These were too short, like the women's 42s. Returning for 43 and hope that they're not way too big and wide, like all other men's 43s have been on me. And of course there's no arch support; they're Vibrams.

Admittedly these shoes have an odd look to them which is the reason it took me so long to actually invest in a pair but I am glad I finally did. For me the lack of arch support is a great thing as walking barefoot really helps my back. With these shoes it feels like I am walking barefoot minus the discomfort of rocks and rougher street surfaces which we have a lot of here. I have already put about 50 km on them walking on cement and rocks and the soles and stitching have held up well thus far showing little if any wear. The style is subtle and not flashy so it doesn’t attract extra attention to your feet which is good because once people notice you have toe shoes it tends to invite conversation from anyone who notices them . They also stay surprisingly cool even in hotter temps (high 80’s F) which surprised me as I expected them to make my feet hot and sweaty like aqua socks . I honestly have no complaints about these shoes. I thought they might be a little uncomfortable on my left foot as my 2nd and 3rd toes on that foot are joined at the base but the pockets for the toes actually end just before that so it was a non issues. Great Shoe ! I highly recommend these for anyone who enjoys walking barefoot and is not concerned with support .

Bought 12-12.5 and I wear 12.5 shoe. Measured foot with ruler. Fit is fine, only issue is left foot's pinky toe which is a little hinky from decades of standard shoes that squeeze toes together. Bought these after years of breaking myself from those by wearing birkenstocks, Danske, and going barefoot as much as possible to allow it to relax. Am still in in break-in period and expect toe will continue to relax into its pocket like the others have. Buy quality toe socks if you don't want to go sockless. The cheap ones snag a bit and are difficult to put on. The shoes are strange to say the least, but like wearing foot-gloves. Fun and flexible!!

This is my fifth pair of Vibram Fivefingers. Another win! High quality craftsmanship and very comfortable. The "no arch support" rating is not a negative. These shoes are not meant for that and enable a natural fit with which, over time, you build a strong arch. I've tried off-brand "barefoot" shoes for work out sessions, but none compare to these.

Love these shoes. Use them as boat and water shoes. When you want the feel of barefoot but with excellent grip on wet surfaces and protection from rocks and sharp objects, these are the ticket. Also use for various water sports, kiteboarding and SUP. The soles are shaped really well and actually do give the feeling of some arch support. I wouldn't run in them, but some do. For a great active water wet/dry shoe with super protection but barefoot feel, these can't be beat.

I lost my favorite FiveFingers last year after a good 10 years (with most of those years being used by a pool). I'm sad that they no longer are in stores locally to me, but after trying 4 pairs, I finally found my fit. I liked the men's version of these better than the women's due to the toe cups being more protective of the tops of my toes. I wanted to use these for training in the gym where I need stability. Unfortunately, the arch support is not as tight as I'd like, but it will work for me.

I was skeptical about buying these as I have always run with shoes (read as regular shoes). After listening to Chris McDougall, i decided to get these and try them out. I fell in love with them after just a single run. I hated running, and now i love to run as i never have any feet problems after i switched, which was one of the big reasons i hated to run. I run around 40 - 60 miles per week now with no problems at all and yes, i did throw my expensive running shoes away. I am never running in anything else for the rest of my life. Period.

I own several pairs and have been wearing nothing but Vibram FiveFinger shoes for almost a decade now and haven't encountered one that wasn't the epitome of comfort yet. Like being barefoot again

I was concerned ordering this shoe for one I have never worn the finger shoe and was worried I wouldn't like it. Since it had satisfaction guaranteed so thought I would try it. I normally wear an 11.5 shoe, extra wide, but in measuring it came out to be 11.0 which actually was perfect. The width is adequate, a little wider would be nice but because the material is stretch it actually fits nice and snug. I am amazed at how comfortable these are. For walking I do use my sneakers with my orthopedic inserts, but for around the house these are on my feet.

These are my favorite of all my FiveFingers! These are my favorite shoes of all time! They are the closet to true ground feel than any of my minimalist shoes, they are very flexible, breathable, no FiveFinger stink despite wearing then everyday.

The "US" size is actually the UK size, which is about 1-2 sizes off.

These run very big. My husband wears a size 14 running shoe but needed a 47 in these.

My first pair. Even though I measured, they were way too small. I wasn't sure if that was the intended fit until I ordered the next size up. These fit much better. Apparently my toes are not perfectly shaped or pointed, so I struggle getting them into the right pockets, but I trust this will get easier. I love how they feel when I'm walking. My preference is barefoot, but that doesn't work on streets and sidewalks. *One note: I'm disappointed these don't come in a women's WIDE width. As a female I don't mind buying men's 5 Fingers, but my size (39) isn't offered in very many styles.

Really liked the look of these but they were too narrow. I was also a little concerned about the minimal tread. Ordered the men’s v-alpha instead and they are working out great.

These will not work for me because they have no arch support. Toes were difficult to get situated because mine are not straight. I needed wide so I tried the men’s size. They were wide enough.

This shoe fits like a glove. I'm ecstatic that I was able to get this shoe in my size. I'm a size 8. Size 38 is too small. I ended up with Size 39 which is a perfect fit

These were my favourite shoes for the past 2 years and I finally wore down the soles to the point that I purchased a new pair of the same model, just with a different colour sole. As long as they make these, I'll continue to wear them.

Fit & size was true to fit.I love these Sand & Sun shoes is what I would call them.I got a middle tie,that wants to deform with other toes & these spot for each toe will help,I'm hoping.

Very new and unique feel, like walking barefoot, very comfortable!

I wrote a review previously about this shoe, but after owning it for sometime now I thought it needed revision. Overall, I love the shoe! The problem is in the pinkie toe pocket. I thought it was my toe that was the problem, but I believe it to be a failing of the shoe's design. The pocket is too high and doesn't allow the pinkie toe to fully slip into the pocket, thus resulting in the toe jamming against the seam. It's not my toe, because it happens with both shoes even though my right toe slips in quite fully. Were it not for this one thing, I'd give COMFORT a 5. As it is, it's a 3 because they are great so long as I don't walk around or if I don't mind having to slip the toe into the pocket every 5 minutes .

Fivefingers Vibram shoes takes a bit of getting use to: the looks and fit. I've learned to enjoy running again with a barefoot, zero height concept and this shoe is not a gimmick. It looks like gorilla feet, but it's a practical shoe that is super comfortable and as CLOSE TO BAREFOOT comfort as you'll get. Vibram makes great soles and is durable. I'm going to use this as my running shoe with no shin splints or pain. Will buy again and also many thanks to Zappos for their support, return policy and I had to go through 7 shoes to find my shoe. I have wide feet and it's very hard to find a shoe for me.

Perfect fit for me. Out of all the FiverFingers line up, and all our feet are different, this fits the best. True to size, and I will laud Zappos for their generous policy of free shipping both ways. I will always buy from Zappos for shoes.

I have worn Five Fingers for quite awhile in cross Country running races where i can't go barefoot and like them..I also like to were them anytime i can..
