I wanted a casual shoe to wear with slacks or jeans. I wear a 7.5 AA and have very narrow heels. They are a touch loose in the heel but what I like about the shoes is they have a good tread on the bottom to help prevent slips on the ice. They look great and very comfortable.

Bought this shoe in navy before and they were very comfortable, so I ordered them again in black. These shoes are great for me and my foot problems. Felt true to size and width. Enough arch support, which is needed, heel high enough to look good with casual clothes, but not too much so feet bothered me. I'm in my 60's so can't do high heels for long periods of time, but still like fashion, These are fit the bill for comfort and fashion.

I wear a solid 8.5. Zappos suggested I get a 9, so I did. Yep, they are too big. I would ignore Zappo's sizing recommendation and go with your real size. Other than that, they are good looking and comfortable, no breaking in necessary.

So, I am usually a size 8.5 medium; zappos recommended size 9, so I got them. They maaay be a little big. Hard to tell without wearing them for a while. (WHY can't shoe manufacturers stick to standard sizing????) Other than that, I really like these. They look beautifully made and more expensive than they were. They are a perfect balance between sturdy and stylish. They're low enough that I could wear these with socks and a skirt. They cover enough of my foot to give me good support. Nice cushy interior and satiny leather on the outside. Definitely a keeper.

These are so comfortable, I love them. Good fit, and versatile to wear with work or casual clothes. The zipper area on the right shoe rubbed a little when I first got them, so I make sure to have a footie or sock/hose on that area. Other than that, they are perfect!

because of arthritis my feet are difficult to fit. These shoes are most comfortable. I am hopeful these will provide me with continued comfort throughout the many tours I take.

I'm about to order my fourth pair ... or is it my fifth? I'm very hard on shoes. I try to walk up to 10K steps a day and I tend to do it in dress shoes rather than sneakers. These are super comfortable for everyday wear and are nice enough for dressy wear too (with pants at least). I also like the fact that the decorative part of the foot bed can be removed (there's only a small amount of adhesive to overcome), to accommodate my orthotics.

Never ordered from Zappos before so ordered my normal size and half size larger but when I got my order I just needed to purchase my normal size because the fit was perfect. So I had to return the larger size. I called the customer service number and they were so helpful and made the return quick and easy. I would definitely recommend and use Zappos again.

I bought these shoes for my wife & she loves them. Fit color style perfect.

I debated whether to order the 8W or 8.5W because of the toe area which is more narrow than I thought it would be. I went with the 8W based on other reviews. I'll work with it, but I should have ordered the 8.5W.

I have difficulty finding a really great fitting shoe because of the need for a narrow width. These shoes were the perfect fit and comfortable. And they arrived less than 24 hours after I had placed the order!!!!!!

This shoe I ordered along with the Rockport Daisey. I like the look and fit better that the Rockport, but they are not quite as soft and comfy. They ARE relatively comfortable to wear and don't slide around on my feet which I like. They are not stiff llike other's I've had. These look "dressy" enough for me to wear with trousers to meetings. 8 1/2 wide is what I normally wear and these fit just right.

I've actually worn these shoes two winters (though mild in our area) and realized they were my "go to" shoes when in a hurry. To keep them from looking dowdy, they feature a very up-to-date zipper. My foot is narrow so I have trouble finding shoes that fit and this pair is very comfortable. And, as usual, ZAPPOS is my "go to" site for ordering! Always great service.

I have owned these shoes for several years now, and I can say they have been worn a lot! These shoes look nice with pants, are super comfortable, true to my size, easy to walk in, and durable in rain and weather. I have worn them standing for hours, through airports, down city sidewalks for blocks, in rain and mud, to work and church and shopping and events. I love these shoes, and now that they are just starting to show some age, I am about to order another pair. Favorites in my closet!

I have ridiculously wide, short feet with a high instep, and these shoes in extra wide fit great and are extremely comfortable! I just bought my second pair in black because I wear them nearly every day to work. I wish the exterior were more durable. One shoe got a pretty significant scratch pretty early on, and I've just lived with it. I'm not especially gentle on shoes, especially walking my son up to his school in all weather and with insufficient sidewalks. The fit and reasonable price more than make up for the mediocre durability for me.

This is the 4th pair of this shoe I have purchased. I love the look, the fit, comfort, everything! Was disappointed a tad with my last pair. They weren't,t a year old when the heel and toe of one shoe started to have the leather peel. Never had that. Just hope it was a fluke with this one pair. Would I purchase them again? I sure will!

I already owned this shoe but they were getting scuffed up. I've had them for several years and I absolutely love them. So I decided to buy the exact pair again. I love these shoes because they are comfortable but I think look kind of hip!
