I have worn Naturalizers all my life because there were very few narrow shoes in shoe stores. I have very narrow feet and wore AAA until recently when my feet finally went to a AA in most shoes. This is the first time that I have found narrow shoes that were too narrow! It may be because of the elastic in the shoe, or possibly the liner has no give to it. So I am returning my 7½ and hoping an 8 will be a little wider but not too long.

I really wanted to like this shoe! But even wearing a thin sock, I could hardly cram my foot into my regular size of 8.5W. So back they went to Zappos, in exchange for a 9W. Disappointment! In a thin sock I can put on the 9W, but my heel is just flapping out of the shoe when I walk. Sorry, Zappos, I'm feeling sad that I have to return it, but that's how it is.

Was so disappointed that this shoe was very narrow for a WW, nor did it have a removable insole to replace with an orthotic. I've had good experience with Naturalizer, but this one didn't measure up.

I loved the look of the shoes but have a high instep and could not get my foot into it. Very sad.

These shoes weren't as cute in person, unfortunately. They felt narrow, but I do have a wide foot. Sadly, they had to go back.

This shoe was a bit larger than I would like. After looking in a mirror, they certainly were not my style. The rounded heel looks out of place. I returned these because they were too long and not attractive.

Not very comfortable for working on your feet all day. The front part on the toe area is discolored and faded fast. Not the best shoe. Wouldn't buy again.

Nice casual shoe but need to order half or one size bigger since the 7WW was still too tight.

These shoes are very comfortable, but very poor quality. Instead of dyed leather, it is plastic-coated. That means one scuff and the toe of your shoe is no longer brown. I have only worn them a few times, but they now look awful and I probably can't even donate them. Find a different shoe that is made with real dyed leather.

I really, really liked these. I have them in black. But I have not worn them much, and have totally given up on them because of the strange split heel (Clarissa has same one). Because there is a gap in the sole, with the heal and toe in two teardrops that come to each other on the pointy side in middle of sole, I have had very close calls with both stairs and car brakes. Somehow, where the two pieces meet has a lot of open area, and so catches on stair edges. It is just not worth risking a fall because a shoe looks nice. It is too bad because it is such a nice style, and the sole is the only problem. I would buy them in both black and navy if the sole was one continuous flat piece. I do not know how durable they are as I have not worn them often. I will be giving them away as soon as I find a replacement. They are good for office and nice-casual. It is too bad as they look nice, but are just not safe.

i should have looked at the online pictures closer....i usually like naturalizer shoes, but these just look too "old lady-ish" to me when I put them on. sadly, i'm going to return these

I think these shoes run very narrow. I bought a wide and have to return. Ordered a double wide...hope they fit.

Naturalizer has certainly gone down hill re their quality if this shoe is an example of their other shoes. The "leather" looked like plastic and was stiff. The actual shoe has no style whatsoever compared to the photo. Additionally, I have worn a 9N or 9.5N for my whole adult life in Naturalizer and these 9.5Ns were too short and too narrow. I do not recommend these shoes to anyone!

I was not happy with the appearance of these shoes!! I brought these to wear to work and although they fit well, I thought they looked cheap!

My normal size (9) felt very tight in the toe box. I have narrow feet, so it was a surprise that my toes felt squished. I should have ordered a half (or whole?) size up.

Not even close to being able to get these on my feet. Too bad, cause they are pretty and look comfy. Going back.

Well I love these but less than a year old with minimal wearing, the outer leather is peeling off! Bonded? I am very disappointed

The shoe presses my hammer toes from above. No comfort for me.

I wanted to like these shoes. They were so comfortable although not the most stylish but whatever material or sort of leather Naturalizer used on these was too soft. I found the shoes scuffed incredibly easily and the material would peel from these areas. Not to say I'm a clumsy person. I wouldn't even recall tripping or scuffing against anything. I work an office job so I'm not really on the run a lot but somehow these shoes would still end up scuffed. It's one thing to have scuffs because you can buffer it if you match the right shoe polish but there's no remedy against peeling. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Heel was way too wide. Like wearing flip flops
