I purchased this bag for a 2 week trip abroad, and it worked out just as I had hoped. I wore it as a crossbody bag while in the cities, where I wanted to keep it more secure and changed it to a backpack while hiking in the rural areas. The design is brilliant, and it converts from one style to another with just a pull of the shoulder strap. I did spray it with a waterproofing spray. It seems to be of very good quality, and shows no signs of wear even after 14 days of heavy daily use. I needed something large enough to hold my full-sized camera, passports, phone, small wallet, and all those little things we carry. This bag worked beautifully.

Cute bag, but the shoulder straps, when used as a backpack, are so far apart, they kept falling off my shoulders. I'm not a teeny girl (5'11, 140 lbs), so don't know how this would work on anyone. Had to return and keep looking for a backpack handbag!

This purse/ backpack is much more beautiful in person. It has as many pockets as your typical purse. It is wide for a backpack, but I really like that it is converts to a purse. There are not any convertables I could find as nice as this for the price. I will be using it for travel, the purse in the cities, and backpack while hiking. Good purchase.

The photo does not do this gorgeous bag justice at all. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, the base colour (that mustardy orange) is perfect and all of the little details are beautiful. The conversion from shoulder/crossbody to backpack is achieved easily and everything about this bag screams quality. I'm beyond pleased!

Loved the size of this bag and the pattern would have been perfect except for the fact that the shoulder straps are so far apart they fall of my shoulders. I am 5'2" medium build. Probable ok for a larger person.

Love it! Really cute, vibrant colors, and designers obviously paid attention to every little detail (zippers, pockets, everything is adorable). Perfect size, too, since the design is so delicate I wouldn't want to put too much stuff, like laptop or piles of books, in it. Looks and feels high quality.

This bag is very cute and has a lot of room to carry just about everything. I bought it because I liked that the main compartment zips shut and there are lots of pockets. This will work nicely for me. And I love the owl print of the fabric. One thing that does annoy me a bit is the shoulder straps are placed pretty far apart when wearing the bag as a backpack. The straps slip off the shoulders easily.

I've been looking for a convertible backpack for awhile and I'm quite pleased with this one. Cross body bags seem to hurt my shoulders when there's too much in them so just to balance the weight I like that I can quickly convert the bag into a backpack. Also very helpful when I occasionally need both hands to grab my 5-year-old son who's running away from me. The zippered opening under the flap is a plus especially when traveling. Surprisingly it fits quite a lot of stuff in there, when I was traveling, at any one time I had in it a water bottle, a baseball cap, a small tube of sunscreen, a pack of baby wipes, and my wallet. The only con for me, I don't care for the magnetic button closing outside because the bag is sort of floppy so it's hard to get the button closed. Fortunately the inside zip keeps you valuables inside the bag.

I find that the material is very nice. The pack itself is just too wide across for someone as short as myself

I had to sell mine. There is no "converting" this bag to make it manageable. I was constantly fumbling with it b/c if you are NOT wearing it as a back pack it's impossible to carry or pick up without spilling the contents. The adjustable strap is TOOOOO long and wont stay shortened- it becomes loose and soon you are back to dragging it. The straps get stuck on my seat belt and shift when trying to exit the car. A annoying and frustrating bag. I had to let it go.

I ignored the other reviews that indicated the straps are too wide to stay on your shoulders. I'm a big girl and these straps were constantly falling off -- The bag is cute looking but it just doesn't work

I loved the colors and I chose the bright red one. It is pretty but not at all sturdy. I use it for my purse and already the stitching at the front pocket is coming loose. I noticed that the thread is very thin, not a heavy duty thread and there is no double stitching to hold this together. I hope that Sakroots will be able to remedy this manufacturing problem.
