I have had these for three months and and the toe is all split out on one shoe. They will not last the rest of the school year. He has outgrown other Sauconys. We will get different shoes.

My son has wide feet and an extra toe on his right foot. The 2X do the trick. I do put a tube of glue/paste sideways to stretch them even further so he is comfortable right at the start. Anyway, love them. Durable, attractive, and wide.

My son has very wide feet and this pair said it is extra wide, and it was! Wonderful shoes for my active child.

I am so happy to find shoes that will fit my son's wide and high feet and fit an orthotic support! They are bright and comfortable and he thinks they are just as cool as his brother's light up "Star Wars" shoes.

I have a very difficult time finding extra wide shoes for my sons big feet. These worked out very well and would definitely purchase again.

My son likes these. They seem to fit true to size. my son's foot is on the wide side, but I ordered the M width, which fits great. So, maybe a little on the wide side for fit. As always, Zappos CS is outstanding.

You really cannot go wrong with these shoes. These are the third or fourth pair. They are light weight, machine washable, sturdy and they breathe. They give great support and this is one of the few shoes that I can find in larger kid sizes with Velcro - for the child who simply wants to race out the door! Saucony makes a great sneaker and Zappos never fails to deliver. Please note that I have found this shoe to routinely run half size smaller than listed. Definitely order half size up.

I bought these for my 10 year old who has difficulty tying his shoes. These are nice because they look like they lace up even though they don't. They don't look like baby sneakers either. They are very durable, and they've lasted all summer and are still going strong. He wears them every day. I'm very happy with these sneakers. Would definitely buy them again.

These shoes seemed to fit true to size and my son loves them. He still has trouble tying his shoes so to find velcro in a bigger size was really nice for him. Love the free shipping both ways, selection on the site, price, and the fact that these shoes arrived so quickly. Would definitely order from Zappos again.

My son loves these shoes. He said they are not tight anywhere, which is often a problem for his wide foot. I like that they look like laces, but really Velcro. My son is 12, but he'd rather cram his foot in than untie his shoes!

Our 2nd pair like this. Grandson loves them. But the stretchy laces are too tight across the shoe, on both pair so we cut them off the 1st pair, & tied loose shoestrings just for looks. He wore them out & we got more. This pair he just uses the Velcro to keep them closed. No laces & the tongue so far stays in place. Will eventually have to get a larger size. Have not had problems like I have read about (hope we don't). My grandson is 8 years old & wears wide so I got him extra wide because of his thickish socks.

Color was great & loved the style! I have a son with Autism and he can not tie his shoes, so as he gets bigger, it has gotten harder & harder to find no-tie sneakers. These have been great sneakers, but the Velcro did seem to wear out a little quick. Right around the time he was ready for a new pair, the Velcro had completely worn out. So these aren't going to be a good "hand-me-down" shoe if you have younger boys you want to pass them down to. Otherwise, a great shoe!

We had these for about 4 months before the sole starting coming off like the other reviewer. My son wore these everyday so they did go through a lot of wear but they don't seem to last that long. That said, he loved them so we are going to buy another pair.

Bummed! It's not easy to find wide kids shoes. Hadn't had them for 2 months before the bottom rubber started to peel off...on both shoes. I think we can glue them, but for the price we paid that should not be necessary.

These shoes are junk. The rubber ripped all off of the bottom in a matter of weeks. I know my son is hard on shoes, but these are supposed to be boys shoes! They shouldn't just fall apart.

The mult-piece soles (the black and green pieces that are glued to the white rubber part) came apart after only a few weeks of use. They looked good, but are completely impractical. My kid tripped when the green pieces started dragging along after they partially became separated from the sole. I will not be buying Soucony again.

We have bought many Saucony shoes for our son - always held up and always fit great. But the quality of this shoe was terrible. After just 6 weeks of wear, the rubber began separating at the bottom of the shoe. It wasn't even the main shoe he was wearing day to day. We used super-glue & got another month out of them (they still fit & were hardly worn out) but I am now having to order new shoes because the rubber on the bottom of both shoes is completely separating.
