So uncomfortable! I got these for myself and bought the Terra Fi Lites for my daughter - I am sending these back and getting a pair of Terra Fi's in grey for myself. The strap across the top of your foot is hard and feels like molded plastic - I would have blisters for sure. Going back today.

I am a great fan of TEVA sandals. I have two pairs, one is about 5 years old and the other 1 - 2 years old. I wanted to replace the older pair, because it is beginning to look less beautiful than it once was. However I can walk in it for 8 miles with no socks without even a pink spot on my feet. The Teva Numa is is simply unwearable. The reason is the construction around the ankles. Whereas the older two pairs have a smooth interior, the Numas have rough construction on the inside of the ankles that chafe the skin on the left and right side of each ankle. I tried wearing bandaids and taping the inside of the sandal where the chafing occurs. It doesn't work, and it shouldn't be necessary.
