I love these shoes because I have wide thick feet and they make my feet look less wide and less thick because there's not a lot of padding on the bottom. I wear a 5WWW and in these I ordered and 7 and for some reason they fit perfectly. They are slightly long in the toe but it works for my wide feet and like I said, makes them look less thick.

Not only are these extremely comfortable (I use them for Kickboxing) but whenever I order my shoes from Zappos, I get them so quickly, I joke about them having a warehouse in my basement!

A great white shoe - and so comfortable! The trendy Nike brand makes it the perfect purchase for any teenage girl. The support and comfort make it the perfect shoe to zip around Disneyland in!

Very comfortable shoe. Purchased for work with scrubs and being on my feet. Very lightweight. No trouble spots. Have had about 3 weeks.

PERFECT! I use these to walk, run, workout in the gym, and boot camp. I am ordering another color. These are better than the last.

These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I've had by far! True to fit and love the lightweight style.

Definitely not made for running though. I use mine for work and they're such good quality that I won't have to worry about investing in new ones soon. Good for weight lifting and doing free weights.

The shoe is too flat for my preference. It has a little arch support. I thought it would be like my other Free Runs but I guess since it is the fit it is more flat footed. It has taken some getting used to but they are very pretty!

I love the way the shoe looks and it was purchased based on my sister-in-law's recommendation. However, it runs a full size smaller and it felt like my heel was falling out (shoe "wall" is thinner at top then around the heel bottom).

Good looking and comfortable running shoes. You can't really wear them with socks however. All in all, I really like them and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking comfortable and eye catching sneakers. I look forward to wearing them! :)

These are very comfortable but they do not provide enough support. They are good for a crdio class but not so good for walking.

I ordered a size 8 originally and I should've listened when I read the comments of people recommending to go up 1/2 size. The 8's were uncomfortably tight, especially when I ran. My toes would ache after I'd take them off. I returned them, received the 8 1/2's and they're perfect! I love them, perfect fit and super comfortable. (:

It seems like Nike shoes are getting smaller. I compared these to my old ones and they were noticeably smaller. These are great for every day wear. They look great and are very comfortable. But I don't use the for exercise. I don't think they have enough support.

I love Nike and was very excited for this shoe. I took them out of the box and loved the color and the update of the new Free. Sadly I was disappointed in how narrow they are and will be returning them.

I was looking for a great cross training shoe to wear for my P90X workouts and really wanted to love these. The styling is spot on, and these shoes looked super cool, but unfortunately that's the best thing I can say about them. I have two older pair of Nike trainers that have been wonderful, but this pair was a disappointment as soon as I put them on. The removable insert, while a good idea in theory, didn't sit flush against the bottom of the shoe and started rubbing on my arches immediately. The body of the shoe was too stiff and didn't provide as much flexibility as I wanted in a training shoe. I thought they might break in, so I wore them around the house for a night despite the discomfort, and even tried a workout in them, but ended up taking them off after 15 minutes and finishing the workout barefoot. Sadly, these had to go back.
I'd also recommend:

I really really wanted to love these shoes. They looked great on and I love the style. When I wore them the seemed to over-correct the outer support and I felt like my arches were caving in. Then I did some suicides on asphalt and the pink part of the sole at the tip of the shoe starting wearing off on the first wear. I returned them as defective. I got some Inov8 shoes instead and I love them.

They look super cool and have a very minimalist feel to them. However, the insoles were so hard and thin that they just lacked the comfort I look for in a running shoe. A little more cushion and I'd be sold. Sadly they went back. Also, I'm usually a 9 in shoes, but I needed a 9.5 in these.

I have been training with the Nike Free cross training series for 3+ plus years. They were great for all types of crosstraining (sprints, lifting, etc.) and lasted through tough training sessions. This new series, though, feels different. The shoe is narrower, especially in the toe box. I'm considering other crosstraining shoe options, include ASICS GEL-Fortius™ TR, which are similar to the previous version of this Nike shoe.

I'm regretting this purchase. Nike took a functional comfortable design and put weird padding in strange places in the footbed and decreased the vertical space in the end of the toe. I kept them because I thought they'd end up stretching and/or the padding would get worn down, but neither has happened. I'm a ladies' 11, and if I ordered up a size, I know that there would be far too much length. I'm keeping my toenails clipped shorter than I'd like to prevent bruising, but they're a pain in the ass to wear, and I've worn them too much to exchange them. Here's hoping that they gradually get more comfortable, but in the meantime, just ugh. I would not purchase these again; go with the older models. One good thing, though, is that I used to have to break in the back of the ankles of my Frees so they wouldn't give me blisters, which usually took a week or so, but they've eliminated that. But I still wouldn't purchase these shoes.

Did not like the heel at all on these. It's that stretchy material and it just slips as I walk eventually I get my socks slipping off my heel as well due to this. The TR fit 3s were awesome; tried on the TR fit 5s which have more of a ridge on the heel keeping things in place. Just this one is a no go. They're also narrow in the toes.

As others have pointed out, the toe box in this version is very tapered, so I had to size up a half size. This fit OK, but the tongue is not very padded and it hurt the top of my foot right away. The shoe looks OK but sadly it's going back. I wish Nike hadn't messed with version 3 of their Free training shoe - versions 1, 2, and 3 were perfect!

Wanted to love this shoe because the colors were perfect...but the non padded tongue and stiff laces dug into my ankle whenever I tried to do squats or lunges. Very uncomfortable. Also my heel slipped out the back, almost like they ran a half size too big. These ones are being sent back!

I've been wearing Nikes for over 20 years because they always do me right (I've tried New Balance, Adidas etc. but something's always off). Sadly, these shoes are not doing it for me. They feel heavy on my feet when I run and aren't the most comfortable pair of Nikes I've owned. For the price I paid, they're not worth it unfortunately. I also had to return my first pair as they were too large (as long as I've worn Nikes, I've been a size 8, in these I'm a 7.5, perhaps that was a bad sign).

I read a review that said they had made the toe narrower in this model and it squeezes your toes. I thought the reviewer must just have sensitive feet but No!!! It's not just a narrower cut width-wise. The shoes actually push down from the top onto your big toe. It puts consistent pressure on the toe nail making it really uncomfortable for wearing short term or long term. I've been trying to "tough it out" and "break them in" but they are still very uncomfortable compared to the floating cushions of air in the Free 4.0. Too bad because I LOVED the previous style.

This new style has no support at all. Very disappointed as I am loyal to Nike. Not sure what they were thinking with this new design.
