A very large "large." With hot water wash and hi heat dry, becomes very nice loose fit large. Recommended.

I bought an XL for someone who is turning 100. Being a loose fit, I probably could have gone with a L but don't have time to exchange. A friend embroidered the back and it came out beautifully. I love the thickness of the shirt as it will be warm. I did wash it in cold water and dried in low heat before the embroidery was done and I saw very little shrimp if there was any at all. Nice quality and dark navy color stayed true.

Bought 1 size smaller than normal to allow for loose fit. It fits like a normal original fit!
