Excellent quality. I purchased two, and they have been through the wash about ten times with no shrinkage. I always wear a large, but based on other reviews I ordered medium, and I am glad I did. The medium fits just like a large.

As mentioned they run a little on the large size. Seem to be made well out of good material, has a nice weight to it and is not too thin. Have not worn them long enough to see how they wear.

So many shirts out there, whether made of cotton or other materials, simply do not breathe! But these are awesome. I can wear them when doing yard work, in the comfort of my living room, whatever. They breathe when they need to, and keep you warm when they should. They're awesome.

This is a great work shirt that is durable and comfortable. The Henley collar is roomier than a standard tee for my liking. I think it looks a little more professional as well. For me the Carhartt name still means higher quality materials and durable work wear.
