I own or have owned several pairs of Naot shoes/sandals/boots over the years, always returning to Naot because of quality and fit (some styles, some run narrow for me). Desperately in need of new summer sandals, and after several purchase/returns of other brands, I returned to Naot and found 2 sandals that fit well and felt good while walking around our carpeted bedroom before deciding to keep them both in spite of the expense. One shoe (Paris) is quite fine. But the Reserve turned out to be a "dud." The first time I wore it out and about, within an hour the leather strap over the top of the foot was rubbing me raw. I loosened, I tightened, nothing helped and I had to stuff a tissue under the strap to keep from rubbing open and bleeding before I could get home. My husband tried to soften the underside prior to trying it again. To no avail. Now both topside straps, no matter how loose or tight, rub raw the top of my feet after walking for even a short time. On top of that, my feet actually ached on the underside as the footbed does not appear "cushy" enough (and is a fixed footbed, not removable). I contacted Naot from their web site and they passed the buck. I will contact the fine folks here at Zappos, but it's a pity that a manufacturer doesn't stand behind their product. Buyer beware: One cannot always determine comfort in the carpeted safety of your bedroom prior to deciding whether to keep the shoe or not. My bad, I guess. (And no, I no longer have the original packaging, etc. required by Zappos.)

This shoe is cute and comfortable but Naot needs to get it's act together in the quality end of things of this shoe. I ordered 2 pairs-4 shoes-in only 1 shoe did the foot bed completely fill the out sole. There are very noticeable gaps at the heel and/or toe-Gaps big enough for a table knife blade to fit between.

Usually I love Naots -- I have three pairs, all of which are super comfortable, and I get compliments on them all the time, so I was sure I would love these. Nope. They look like old lady shoes in person, the arch support/footbed is meh, the leather is really stiff, and the edges of the velcro are sharp, which would have rubbed blisters right way. It's like they aren't even the same brand shoe!

to whom it May concern: I bought these shoes on July 8, 2021 and two weeks later they broke. I am very upset with you for selling such poor quality merchandise. This is something unacceptable, that shoes with that price end up in the trash a few days later. I hope you take control of this situation and it will not happen again in the future.

I didn’t even try on the shoe. Both shoes were dirty, scruffed and looked like someone had worn them for quite a while. I have bought items from this company before and have never had this experience. I am very disappointed!

Naot has very comfortable shoes which is why I buy them- except for these which have a seam all along the inside bottom of the shoe. They hurt the bottom of your foot when you step down on them. So sad. I will definitely buy Naot again and hope they never make shoes like this with the seam in the foot bed.

In a previous review I read that the shows arrived scuffed. So did these! I wonder if it is a flaw in the color. Wonderful to have the adjustments. However, if you have a bunion - while it gives you the room, the outcome is that a large patch of velcro is exposed. Not attractive and could be dangerous! These are going back.....

I have worn the same exact shoes in gold/bone for months and love them. They fit perfectly, provide great support, and are my go to sandals. I am very surprised when these were completely different in fit and struggled to get top strap closed across my toes. I was very disappointed.

I loved this shoe color ONLINE. Pewter reflects silvery/grey. However, I was disappointed once rec'd. The color had GOLD in it. I kept them because of the FIT! I have a short, medium wide foot; size 35 is perfect! The rhinestone adornment adds a bit of "bling" and I love the sole much more to my liking than the "tread" type rougher soles. I wished they were more silvery grey, but other than that I love these shoes!

I usually love Naot but these were a disappointment. I love that Naots have a removable footbed so I can insert my orthotics, but this style has a footbed that sits a little precariously on top of the shoe instead of firmly inside. The footbed is made with velcro underneath it to help hold it in place (the first time I've seen this in Naot) and sort of squeaks when you walk. The heel felt a little wobbly.
