I bought these in my usual shoe size, the same size I wear for my ugg boots. They were incredibly tight around the bridge of my foot. I sent them back and went up a size...still way to tight and clearly the original pair fit the length of my foot after I felt these loose around my lower heel. I love uggs and wanted a nice pair of indoor/outdoor slippers and was extremely disappointed in how narrow these run compared to the ugg boots I own. If your feet are incredibly narrow, these will be fine. I don't have wide feet by any standard and have never needed any wide shoe, I'm at a loss as to why these were designed this way.

Unfortunately they pinched my toes so much there was no way. Sad to have to return because they were cute and warm.

I bought these because loved the fur around thesides and I thought that's how they would look! Unfortunately they need to be folded to look this way and it's hard to keep them folded so when they are unfolded they just look weird. Disappointed.

I would love to give these slippers 5 stars. They are very warm and comfy. I have no problem with the sides staying up. That is one of the reasons I bought these to keep my ankles warm. However, the disappointment is that my right slipper the top seam keeps coming undone. I have to get out a needle and sew it tight again. Might last a few weeks and then have to repeat the process again. Slippers for this amount of money I shouldn't have to spend so much time in repair and maintenance. Disappointed.

Can't find anything nice to say. Ties don't tighten or stay tied. Sides don't stay rolled up.......l own 9 pairs of Uggs and all of them are great!

Shoes are very nice!

They look cute, but they are not lamb skin lined but wool pulled through fabric like fake fure. Lining is allready comming unglued ftom the outer leather. Cheaply made. Not built like the old uggs. I have a older pair of these that are real lamb skin and well made. The insert is just as bad. Feet swet right through the material. Size feels 1/2 size to small.

The stitching came undone before I owned them even for a year. They were comfortable but not worth the purchase

Shoe fits tight... I have several pairs of UGGS but these just didn't fit well :(

I am usually a fan of Bean footwear, but not these slippers. I usually wear 7 1/2, but read reviews and ordered a size 7, I was excited to receive, but once I put them on and walked a few steps, had to take off - the toe area was extremely tight and hurt my feet and the heel kept slipping off. Sadly I won't be ordering from bean too much longer since they have chosen to have items made in China and the quality is extremely poor. I don't mind paying a higher price if the quality was there.

They broke but customer service has been responsible and responsive. So bad review for the shoe. Good review for service

Had to return and got slippers instead
