I never want to take this off! i usually just wear them around the house but they are so comfortable and worth every penny

These slippers are the best!! They're well made and they keep my cold feet toasty warm!

Live on a boat in winter in Alaska. Nice rugs, but needed warm comfy booties. I got 'em. I also wanted durability, don't know how that will go, but they sure look well made and durable. Nice hard pad sole and very comfy. I am pleased with my purchase.

My preference is going barefoot, but the hardwood floors covering the entire house are very unforgiving on the feet. I work from home, so this is a continual issue-these shoes are the perfect house shoe solution! Super comfy and not too hot even for Miami. I normally wear casual workout gear during the day-athletic tights/yoga pants and a roomy shirt. These Uggs pair well with that look so I'm not as fearful to open the door for the delivery person. I can even walk outside to the mailbox or water the plants without worrying about damaging them. I don't wear these out in public-instead opting to switch to the same size in my Nikes-but I wouldn't be super shocked to see someone doing it. They are very cute. I haven't worn them folded down yet, but it doesn't seem like they would stay folded down very well. I much prefer the higher on the ankle look anyway. The only downfall to the black version is that dust and dirt show up a lot faster than I would think on the other colors, but a quick lint brushing or wipe brings them back to new. Even my boyfriend loves them! Would buy again!

These are the best slippers I've ever owned. I forget that i have them on. Yet they provide not only comfort but just enough support so that I can wear them around the house all day if I choose.

I read the reviews to go up a full size but I didn't. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and I went up to a 9 which I had to return because they really were too small. Well, the 9 1/2's although they fit, looked immense. They really made my feet look too big. Back they went. Disappointing because they are really cute.

The one piece pajama was the best Mother's Day present. It is so comfortable!!

Love my slippers! I wear them all the time when I am home and occasionally when I walk around the neighborhood. I'll wear them out!

Bought these for a client who is going through Chemo as a pick-me-up. She LOVES them! Who needs flowers when Uggs last forever!

I needed something to keep my feet warm on our cold tile floor, and these are perfect. The sole is sturdy enough to to let the dog out and get the mail, but the slippetrs are still comfortable to wear all day indoors. Totally worth the cost!

When I first got my slippers they definitely felt too tight. I was worried I might have to return them. I wear a u.s. Women's size 8, so that's what I ordered. The length felt perfect but the width was way too small. However, after wearing them around the house for 3 days, they molded to my feet and the width stretched to a much more comfortable size. They are still a tiny bit snug on the widest point of my feet, but not enough for me to return them. I wear them every day. And one thing I really appreciate is that they are waterproof. I accidentally spilled water all over one shoe and it wiped right off! Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

BEWARE OF POOR QUALITY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a pair of Ugg Alena slippers on Dec 14, 2015, and 4 months later, in March 2016, a seam around the toe area of the slipper came completely loose and undone rendering the slipper unwearable. This is certainly a defective slipper due to poor workmanship and falls under the Ugg 1 year warranty. I mailed the defective slippers in to the warranty department with the warranty claim filled out and a copy of the original receipt, stating I would like to exchange for a new pair of the same slipper as covered by warranty. Several weeks later received the defective slippers back to me with a letter stating the exchange was rejected because the warranty period of 1 year from the purchase date was expired. However, this is not the case as my original receipt shows they were only purchased 4 months ago. I called Ugg customer service and explained what had happened and they said they would do a "warranty re-evaluation" via email. So I received an email which I replied to with pictures of the defective slippers and the original receipt as they asked for, and I have heard nothing back from them for over a week. I have been an Uggs customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars on boots and slippers. I have never had a problem before with the quality of their products until now. In addition their customer service and warranty departments are horrible, and the fact that they just blatantly will not fulfill the exchange and have just straight up stopped communicating with me is ridiculous.

These slippers are comfortable and very warm. I treated them immediately with a waterproof product. I am normally between a size 8 1/2 - 9 so I purchased a size 9 in this slipper. It is a little tight and I've only worn them for about 3 weeks and they have stretched just a "little" bit. I think a size 10 could have possibly worked, but I thought that maybe it would be a tad too big so I stuck with the 9. The sole on the bottom is not fully covered so I would not recommend wearing them outside.

I absolutely LOVE these slippers. I spent a long time searching for the perfect pair that I could just wear around my apartment to read and cook etc... They're very comfortable. I did read that they ran a bit small so I ordered a size 9 instead of an 8 and they fit perfectly.
