Great slipper for in or out of the house. Can be worn up or folded down. I thought I would prefer them folded down, but I actually like them up better as they keep my ankles warm. The fur is high quality.

Gave to my daughter in laws in black for Christmas. They were thrilled! Had to buy a full size up from their regular sizes to fit them. Feet stay extra warm with the stylish flaps. Fun!

At first foot feel, I fell in love with these slippers! Their soft, extremely warm and cozy but the only issue I have is that my toe is hitting the front shoe seam too close for comfort. I'm a size 10 but I need a 10 in a half or 11 to give me a little more length. They do fit really snug around your ankle so keep that in mind.

I love these and they are warm. I'm actually a size 91/2. I got these in a nine. They are kinda tight around the ball of the foot. But they are stretching out so I know they'll Be more comfortable with more wear. I was tempted to get a size ten but glad I didn't Because they're starting to feel more comfortable. If you have wide feet or bunions these will not work for you.I've had bunion surgery on both feet and so they're working for me.

I do like the look and style of the shoe. It is well made and I would have given it 4 stars if I were not so disappointed in the fit. I don't know if it is the construction with the rawhide lacing or what, but there is no 'give' in this shoe at all. I kept telling myself the fleece lining would compact a bit with wear and the shoes would 'break in' allowing for more room. After several attempts to wear them, I have given up on that happening. They still hurt my feet, and now I have worn them too much for an exchange or return. Too bad they only come in whole sizes. I was afraid to order a size larger to begin with, but now I wish I had.

The slippers are wonderfully comfortable. I purchased them for the high back which is extra cozy during cold weather.

Great warm slipper.

I liked the look of these but found them to be so stiff when they first arrived that I thought they were somehow way too small (although I bought them true to sie when I normally size down with Uggs). I decided to try to break them in since I had her and I'm glad I did because now they are quite cozy. They keep my feet super warm and I like. At there is a sole so I can step outside if needed. Love the blue color, too. The only thing is I don't seem to be able to get them to fold down like in the picture, but I fortunately prefer them unfolded.

On the above order 15650346 I returned it for refund because it was too small. I received an email in December saying the item was received by Ugg and a refund would be credited. However, I have not received the refund. I would like the refund as soon as possible. Thank you

I have loved these slippers from a distance for over a year and received a pair as a birthday gift. They are lovely, soft, cushioned and supportive for a slipper. I would honestly give them 5 starts except that for an UGG product they are stiff and required a week of wear to break them in. Prior to breaking them in they felt like they might be too small. I am a solid size 8 but the 8 was too big...after a week they fit perfect and I imagine over time they will continue to soften.

Had to return my slippers for a larger size and your customer service is excellent.

After wearing them only in the house for less thanks 2 weeks, the threading came loose. :(

The first thing I reach for when I get home is my new UGGS. My feet just say "aaah" when I slip them on after an active day of hiking, biking or birding.

I absolutely love these! They fit perfectly and they actually stay on my feet!

These Slippers are nice and comfortable. Love them to pieces.
