The fit and size is not at all even correct! Ugg, you most definitely have the sizing of your slippers off by not only a size or two and now possibly even three. This is my 3rd pair that’s on the way now. I’ve always worn a size 8- always. The size 8 was so small I couldn’t even fit my foot into the slipper. So, I had to send back and got a size 9 and that even felt smaller than the 8 if that’s even possible? I’ve sent that pair back and now have a size 10 on the way.... Third time is a charm ;) I love the style, but I can tell there not a lot of support. I just want something to keep my feet warm and that’s what Uggs do regardless.

These are beautiful high quality slippers. Sooo cozy! I am a size 7 in shoes and in other UGGS boots. These slippers run very small. A 7.5 probably would have been perfect. As these slippers are only available in full sizes I ordered the 7 and the 8; purchased the 8. These slippers have quickly taken their place as my favorite slipper purchase! Thanks as always to Zappos for their unrivaled customer service.

The fit was ok. I am a 6-1/2 and tried a 7. I thought it wasn’t what I was looking for and trying to replace. I felt it was too tight and if I went bigger, it would slip off.

I purchased these for my mother in law. Everytime I’ve seen her, she always has them on. I believe she loves them!

I wear a 5 or 6 shoe. Both these sizes were tight on my foot - they are especially narrow. So both sizes were returned - and I really wanted them.....

Absolutely loved these! Fit was a little tight but wearing and stretching for a perfect fit!

Love theses slippers, I read the reviews before purchasing and did order 1 size bigger which is great. They fit perfectly and I love the boot fit. Definitely recommend these.

These UGG slippers are FAKE! I compared them to my authentic slippers and am returning them. They also run very small.

I typically wear a 7.5 shoe. I iniitally ordered these Uggs in an 8 because I have read on several sites that the Ugg Alena slipper runs small. The 8 was a joke - WAY too small. I sent those back and ordered a full size and a half UP - a size 9!! These are comfortable and soft and keep my ankles warm. You can wear them rolled up or down. They do not flop around on my feet. I have worn them for a week now and though the fur inside has compressed slightly, it is very comfy and this is the right fit for me.

I’m usually an 8.5 and I sized up to a 9. They’re great! At first they’re a little narrow in the toes but once they’re worn in they’re great.

I’m in love with these slippers! Just what I wanted after trying North Face, LL Bean & more. The back part comes up and snuggles your ankle while still easy to slide on. Also the grey color is beautiful in person.

Ordered a 7, my normal shoe size. Length was perfect, however they are narrow across the widest part of my foot. Will keep them, I’m sure once they stretch slightly they will be prefect.

I followed the advice from several reviewers who said to order one size up. In my case, the slippers were too big.

I have had several pairs of UGG slippers, but not this style. I always wear an 8. I didn't listen to the reviews that said they ran small and I should have. They are a FULL SIZE smaller. I put the soles of this new pair against my old pair and they are about 3/4 inch smaller. I am so bummed because I bought these on sale and now returning, the price is almost doubled. Don't make the mistake I did!
