I HAVE HAD UGG SLIPPERS BEFORE AND THEY WERE ALL THE SAME SIZE, FOUR PAIR..BUT THESE NEW ONES WERE TOO SMALL. SAME SIZE AS BEFOR...BUT TOO SMALL.I AM AWAITING THE EXCHANGE FOR THE NEXT SIZE UP...

I wear these mostly to school... They are super comfortable and soft.

Love them only issue wore them to a friends house and there dog chewed the inside soles she was so up set Amy way to just buy the inside sole part for both feet I cant afford to buy another pair

As usual your store and employees are great. Always courteous and helpful. Also your Outlet store and Costa Mesa store are clean and uncluttered. I have about 6 or 7 different products from Ugg, which are fabulous.

My Christmas gift for my coworker was a big hit.

I bought these slippers for my daughter. She's a fighter pilot for the US Navy. When she's had a long day, she heads right to her new Ugg slippers!

These slippers seem to run small

These UGG mocassins were a Christmas gift for my daughter along with UGG boots and UGG socks. They are not true to size. They are very narrow! I paid full price and then received a price adjustment when they went on sale. NOWHERE on their site does it say that all sale prices are final and no refunds or exchanges are possible after a price adjustment! Now my daughter has a pair of mocassins that she can't wear! I couldn't get anyone in customer service to help me! So disappointed in this purchase and product that is not at all true to size!

I've been wanting to buy these for like 2 years and I finally did however when I tried them on they just didn't feel right. Very comfortable in the heel and ankle area (I have a healing keloid scar on my ankle and it doesn't irritate it) however the toe area feels extra squished but not from fluff just from the moccasins' stitching. :( So sad these didn't work for me. 3 stars because they are so so cute

Exactly what we ordered, fit perfect!

I received a pair of these slippers thinking that they would keep my feet nice and warm and last - they have after 3 days of wearing them began to fall apart. the stitching on the left slipper has pulled out over 2 inches and I have to keep trying to tie it together. I've asked for help in getting another pair or getting the fixed but Ugg doesn't seem to want to help their customers dealing with their defective products. This is very sad - it was a Christmas gift from my husband and I now have pair of slippers that have fallen part after 1 week.

They were for my girlfriend and she loves them. It'll keep her in a good mood for awhile so that's nice.

My go to slipper!

I love this slipper! I love the soft and cushiony inside of them. They are great to keep you warm
