I received these slippers as a gift. Initially the order was placed for a pair in women's size 7, which was recommended by the Ugg size selector based on information I submitted. I'm consistently size 7 across many shoe brands. Imagine my surprise when I tried them on and they were super tight. I thought they might stretch. So I wore them for a few weeks and finally determined the pair was too small. I called customer service and it was suggested I exchange for a size up due to the slippers being overstuffed. I'm so glad I did. The fit is perfect now. I love these slippers!

I love the wonderful design, the color, the rubber sole and the plush lining. The fit is a little snug. I normally wear 7.5 and I ordered an 8. However it started to fit just right after a bit of wearing. The heel slips slightly but if I go up a whole size it will slip too much. A couple of things to note -- the chestnut color is muted like "fawn" color, just like in the video; and the leather is actually stiff suede leather (unlike Ugg's regular soft slouchy suede), making the collar hold up firmly and nicely, and the best part of that is my feet can slip into the slippers without any help of my hand. Thank you Zappos!

I wear 7 for all boots, but I ordered one size up for slippers because I like to wear them a little loose. It needs a couple days to break it in

These are the most comfortable and cozy slippers I have ever purchased. I try to buy a new pair of Ugg slippers every couple years and these are the best style I have purchased this far. They are more snug than other slippers which felt kinda odd at first, but now I just love how cozy they are.

Love the Alena slippers there comfy, cute, warm and truly one of my favorite things. Once you slip your feet in these slippers, you would not want to take them off.

I am normally a 9 in every shoe I buy... Wish UGGS came in half sizes. I ordered a 9.. they fit.. they are snug so no socks with these for a while unless they are paper then until they break in... Seem to be well made & have a nice thick sole on them. Can't wait to get home from work and put them on!

I bought these slippers for my wife. She loves that they sit high on her ankle. Keeps her warm and cozy. They fit , but they are a little tight around her food. They will most likely loosen up. Over all she loves them
