I was so disappointed in this flip flop. I have worn them for the past 4 years and needed a new pair. I have bought 2 pairs in the past both fitting perfect, NOT so this time. I ordered the same size as the past and they run short and a little snug across the top of my foot. I noticed that the past 2 pairs were marked Made in China and this new pair made in Taiwan they say size 11 (42.5) on the new ones the older pairs were marked 11 (43.0) I guess the sizing in Taiwan is different you would think that a company in the USA would be sure that the sizing was the same. Which btw I wear a 10 not 11. I guess that is what you get for cheaper labor and material. So to say the least these will be going back. I also wish they would have had more colors. Green does not do much for me. I would be nice to have just black or black with a design or different color such as grey, red, pink.

I love the original Slaps. I have a wide foot with a high arch and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The Slap 3 are a little stiffer, but that is ok. They problem I have is I ordered a 9 and the are too short. Unfortunately, I tried them on and I knew they were tight, but thought my feet were just swollen at the time. I threw away the tags and box as I was packing for vacation. Unfortunately, I realized too late they are shorter than the original Slaps. I would recommend to order up a size.

This is my third pair of Slaps. The first two versions had suede leather tops with soft knit synthetic linings. This third edition has an all rubbery plastic top. It is much stiffer when you first wear them, easing up over time. But I'm very disappointed. I usually wear an 8 or 38. For these I've always had to wear a 9 or 40.

Unfortunately these flip flops weren't as comfortable for me as the reviews made them seem. The arch support was weird, very tough and high and the side strap cut weird on my foot. Unfortunately I am returning these. They were cute though!

I love Reef flip flops, always have. They're very durable and long lasting. This year was the first time ever in owning Reef's though that I've come into a problem. If you leave them in the sun (say when you go to the pool or beach), they melt. Yes, melt! So just be aware of this. They shouldn't do this because they're known for being a beach sandal. I've never had a problem until now. I don't know if they've changed the materials or what, but just be aware. Luckily, when this did happen I contacted Zappos and told them what happened and they sent me a new pair the next day. Love Zappos customer service! 3 Stars overall for the melting issue.

Used to LOVE Reef Slap 2 for women. Bought first pair over 10 yrs ago, never took them off. Latest versions of Slap 3 are cheaply made of different materials, do not last, lose strap color and sole delaminates. Latest pair the arch support was not in the correct position. I'm SAD cuz I will not buy my 20th pair unless I can find a source (in England) for Slap 2 from original manufacturer.

I've been wearing Reef Slaps for years and years. The Slap 2's were amazing as were the originals. The Slap 3 is no where near as comfortable as the old ones, and I own every single color available. Bring back the old ones!!

I really miss the older version of Reefs. I started wearing them about 15 years ago during a bout of plantar fasciitis. Either Reefs sold out.... or just started cutting costs. The "new and improved" are NOT. And where are the Slaps? just two colors and getting harder and harder to find? HATE the Fanning - how silly to put a bottle opener on the sole AND they don't even fit like the Slap.

There's run very narrow. I have a pair of worn down Reef Slap 2's. They fit me true to size. Whereas the Slap 3's run more narrow. I admit I have a bit of a wide foot. But why would the 2's fit and not the 3's?

I have been buying these for my mom every year for Christmas. This year they are not the same as her past pairs! They feel lighter and cheaper, got the same size as always and they were way to small. She wants another pair but I am so disappointed in these im not sure I want to buy from them again! These are made in Vietnam but others were made in china. Move back to china or make sure your products are still the same quality and correct size.

My slaps I wore out so ordered another pair. They look the same but the size is off, no arch support and not comfortable. Its not made near is well. When I compared them to my own they weren't even the same shoe. The only thing thats the same is the look. Second time this has happened with Reefs, I used to tell all my friends about them now I can't even say they are ok. What a disappointment. I will try to find some place else that makes a quality shoe.

Every single day I wear the same Reef Slap I got five years ago. They are only for around the house now. I love them! I keep coming back to this site--in the hopes that same Slap will return. I did buy a pair last year, and promptly returned them. The new Slap does not seem to be designed for the average American woman. Since I live in FL, I would buy enough of the old to wear them all the time! Sad.

I just ordered a new pair of Slap 3 since I have loved these for years. I bought the same size (8) that I always have. The pair I received are about inch narrower than my last pair which makes them unusable to me. The lining of the upper straps also feels a lot more "plasticy" than previous pairs. I've worn Reefs for 20 years, and I'm really disappointed.

Hi. I had to send them back because they were too small. I asked for an exchange to a size 9. I also paid to have them shipped back to you. Please refund my shipping as well. Thanks. Victoria Argis

I've purchased a size nine in this model a couple times, but the ones I ordered this year were significantly shorter than they used to be. Had to return them.

I used to love the sandals but they've recently changed & now they're not comfortable at all. The uppers fit too tightly. Wish they would go back to whoever was making them before.

The shoe was the one I ordered but although it said size 6 it was 1/2 inch shorter than the Girls Slap 3 size 6 that I already had. I had to send it back.

I have a pair of these flip flops in pink, and have loved them for years! After a long day & tired feet, I couldn't wait to get home and slip these flip flops on. Finally, I decided to get a new pair. Very disappointed that they're only available in black now. My old pair are size 8, and they're a little big. So I ordered size 7, since there's no half sizes, but they were a little too small. Ordered an 8, but there was no difference in the size 7 I had sent back. So I ordered a 9, but they were on back order for weeks. Finally got them. They are a little big, but I'm wearing them. Please, more colors & half sizes.

Just not as comfortable as expected. Too squishy. The anatomical support was wrong and didn't work for my feet.

I am SOOO disappointed in these. I was looking for a SOFT sole, but these are hard and rough. Maybe I just have tender feet? Have owned Reefs in the distant past, but nothing new is as comfortable. I will keep because I am desperate for flip flops.

A true fan of REEF for their extreme comfort, ideal fit and longevity. This new batch is HORRIBLE in fit, it's hard not cushy right out of the box (like it used to be). The exact flip flop I'm currently wearing is a size 9 and still soft yet durable (never ever hurt the feet - no cutting in the feet). But this new sandal, hurts & cuts into the skin even just trying them on for 30 seconds~ it's hard and ugly. wrong size - Too bad. Nothing is as it used to be.
