Great hoodie! Very nice quality. I do suggest buying a smaller size if you're slim and in shape. They make these for over weight people. IMO - My regular size was really loose and baggy. Had to exchange for size down.

Columbia begged me repeatedly for a review so here it is. 3 stars because the sun hoody fits great after ordering a size smaller than I typically wear. I hate the enormous branding on the sleeve. It's tacky, it needs to be removed. Especially since uses for this clothing aren't restricted to "performance fishing". Cue the eye roll...

Size down, I'm normally a XXL and the XL fits me perfectly.

Bought this with the intent to fish with it. Perfect for a sunny day to not only cover your arms but your neck with the hood!

I spend so much time outdoors in the sun I decided to take sun protection seriously. This lightweight hoody provides the UV protection I need and the durability and moisture wicking I expect. The hood is perfect for sun protection under my climbing helmet. I add the neck gaiter for additional face protection.

Love the hyper colors. Always use these shirts out on the Water for paddle sports because of the excellent mobility. Highly recommend the hooded version, nice to shade yourself on hot days on the water or even in the garden. I appreciate the utility with a clean look, good work pfg

Great product as usual. Some state that the product and the hood itself are large, however in my estimation it should be roomy. Remember, we're going fishing here,right? The hoodie itself works great worn over a ball cap by the way. Another practical,solid article from Columbia.

The tackle hoodie feels great. I ordered a small in view of the warning that the sizes were big and it fits well. Columbia sent it out for free.

I love these shirts. I put this on when paddling as well as after coming out of the water. It is quick drying and comfortable- even when damp. The hood offers a great sunblock when you are paddling as well as it helps keep off the draft when you are drying off. I have the long sleeve version which I wear all summer long as well as a layering piece when I engage in active sports- hiking -XC skiing- snowshoeing. They pack and wash and wear well too. A great shirt and layering piece.

Size advice was spot on , buy one size smaller . I usually buy xl but on Columbia's advice I bought a large , it was a perfect fit . I scuba dive around the world in tropical places . I needed a light weight long sleeve , quick drying top . This hoodie did it and then some . I will buy another one or two for the future .

I normally wear a L to XL shirt. I had to get this in a M and it's still loose and the sleeves are long.

I bought this shirt to wear while riding to work, however the fabric is non-breathable and the color of the clothing is too shiny.

Worth the price, light sweater and sunproof, will definitely buy again and in different colors

These are amazing and perfect for a day at the beach, lake, or mountains!!! This, in almost every color, is part of my fishing attire. Keeps the sun off and makes me look like I know what I'm doing. Other reviews talk about its lack of warmth IT IS NOT MADE TO KEEP YOU WARM because why would you want that when you're fishing at the beach or on a boat?!? It's actually made to keep you cool and protect your skin. Thanks Columbia!!!

Great fishing shirt to keep the sun off ya while slaying the big ones.

Great bargain, but the shirt was not as breathable enough to be comfortable in a warmer climate. When winter comes . . . A new design, with a breathable aspect is on the list.
