Since I already wear the Terminal Tackle shirts while on a lot of outdoor excursions, the hood is a welcome layer of sun protection.

Fits true to size and has excellent protection from the sun. Very light weight and feels good against the skin.

If you like the "PFG sports" style fishing shirts you will love this shirt. In Florida the sun and heat is the only deterrent for not fishing...with these new hoodie shirts I can fish all day with little or NO sun damage. Sure you can use a neck scarf, but nothing on the market is more comfortable and productive! Try one and you will never use anything else...

Perfect for those in-between fishing days...to warm to wear a jacket, but cool enough and sunny to be short sleeved. Love its comfort, light weight, and hood to protect from sun.

Used as a layer on the water- Great for fishing, room to cast and hood comes in handy. Material dries fast. Very good for fishing- Wrinkle free, roll up and go. Would use in the restaurant and bar for sure. Classy

I layer this hoodie in the morning to help keep me warm. The hood is big enough to fit over my cap to keep any wind off my neck. As the weather warms up I shed the layers and have a lightweight breathable layer to keep the sun off. Again, the loose hood fits nicely over my hat to now keep the sun off my neck and sides of my face, but allows any chance breeze to cool me off. I also appreciate the low-key design on the sleeve.

This light weight hoodie keeps you cool and covered up. Great for warm temperatures in the sun. I used the black terminal tackle hoodie to conceal my silhouette in a ground blind while turkey hunting.

Fishing in the warm climates demands specialized gear. it may be chilly in the morning or evening and extremely hot when the sun comes up. This shirt will cover all the bases. It is nice to have a piece of equipment so versatile for a day on the water. I am 6'2 and 250lbs and the xl is perfect.

Most gimmicky shirts like this never fit well or are to constricting when used as intended. The loose fitting hood works perfectly to keep sun off of the neck and ears when spending a long day on the flats in west central Florida. As with all Colombia technical T-shirts they run large. I generally wear a Large size cotton T-shirt. I buy the medium Colombia because they run large and it still fits slightly loose. I suggest going down one size when buying these technical T-shirts.

This light weight hoodie is perfect for all around use. It travels well and while it is light for stand alone summer wear and sun protection it fits well with layered use in cold weather. This Hoodie is well made and comfortable. After a January Seaside trip with my first Terminal Tackle Hoodie, I ordered a second when I got home.

I wasn't sure about this hood thing and how I would like it in the sweltering heat of South Carolina but I got one and tried it and boy was I happy with it. It isn't any hotter than a buff (its actually better because it allows some air flow) and is attached to my shirt so I don't have to ever worry about losing it. It offers great sun protection which is a must if you are out on the water most days like I am. Good product so don't hesitate to try.

I wore this hoodie while flats fishing off Marathon in June. I was in direct sun for 5 hours no sun burn and virtually no sweating. This in a flats boat with no shade. I love it and my guide was impressed so much he was ordering several ASAP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I purchased 2 of these hoodies. I have the white and black version. I originally feared that the black would attract heat but when I used the hoodie for a volunteer event I was pleasantly surprised. I was cool and did not get sunburn on a very warm sunny day. I just used the white hoodie on a very warm and sunny day for another volunteer event with the same great results. I can not wait until I use the hoodies fishing. I will recommend these hoodies that would need the sun protection.

I live in FL. and wear this product as often as possible. And it WORKS!!! I walked home on a 80 and mild winds and I felt every breeze. Great product, look, and feel!

I bought this as a gift and they loved it! Perfect material and it is lightweight. Its very protective from the sun and comfortable! Its a little oversized which is great so you can layer!

This shirt was so much better than i expected. I wore it all day and it kept me cool and comfortable.

Anyone that fishes must have one of these or maybe two. Great fit and feel. Great for sun protection as well as wind. With the fit and feel being great, I use this shirt a variety of outdoor activities where is need sun protection as well as hood protection.
