I bought these for my very picky ten year old daughter and she says they are amazingly comfortable. She likes the look of them too!

My 8 year old daughter loves these sandals. She had been asking for a pair after shuffling around in my wife's various OluKai shoes/sandals. They are very stylish comfortable and far more durable than the various $20 price range sandals we were consistantly buying her in the past (which would inevitably fall apart pretty quickly). Yes the cost is a little more but it appears they will easily last an entire summer season and will be far more comfortable in the process. OluKai is well worth the added purchase price. You will not regret this purchase

Bought these for my daughter in pink. I have 4 or 5 of the adult version and love them, so i knew my daughter would appreciate the comfort, style and waterproofness of these. They fit generously when purchased, so are fitting for the second summer now! But I would buy them again for her, no doubt.

Everyone in our family wears OluKais including the kids. My 7 yr old daughter loves hers and says they are super comfortable and support her feet and grip well. We've worn other brands of flip flops (Reefs, Rainbows, Chacos) but always come back to OluKai!

Please note that if this shoe is ordered in any size other than toddler, the heel strap is not available. I returned a pair for this reason only to be sent the exact same pair. Finally, the customer service agent explained this important distinction to me.

My 9 year old daughter loves these sandals! She is on her third pair now. They have great arch support and the footbed is soft and comfortable (no stiffness). The colors are always great. She loved the Mermaid color this year (kind of a bluish green). My husband and I wear OluKai sandals as well.

Very comfortable shoe for my 10 year old. Cute too! Bought them in pink for my 6 year old too! My husband and I have several pairs of Olukais as well. Great shoes.

I got these for my 5.5 year old daughter who is very active and frequently "steps" out of her traditional flip flops. She is very picky about shoes in general and really likes these. They are comfortable from the first wear, no blisters on the heel or between the toes. There is significant arch support considering these are sandals. It's a great summer shoe that she can easily play outside in, ride her bike and scooter with out worrying about tripping or losing a shoe!

These shoes do not have a strap around the ankle as shown in the picture. If you are looking for a sandal with a strap, do not order these. I had to return mine.

Very nice flip flop, my daughter and I tried to get matching and the adult ones are slightly different. She said "If only they had a 3-4, it would be perfect." In the 2-3 her heel hung out and in the 4-5 It looks like she could get a few years out of it. As of now we have the 4-5 and it is FINALLY starting to fit her. If they could only make that "3-4" it would be perfect.

7 year old loves these shoes. They have good arch support for high arches. Also easy to clean when dirty and seem to hold up well to kids wear and tear.

Nice to have a flip flop type sandal with some arch support-- seems rare to find in this size range.

We thought these would come with a back strap but they didn't. It sires out they work fine without it so we kept them.

Not as pictures. Looked at previous reviews that said the back strap was not on the shoes in sizes 13-1 and they were correct. Wish it had the back strap

My daughters foot is long and narrow and I usually have a hard time finding sandals that fit her well. I ordered these in a big kids size 5 and the fit was great. The lining is very comfortable and I'm impressed with the durability. She wears them to the pool several times a week and they've held up wonderfully! It would be great if they made it with a back strap for larger sizes.

Should have read the fine print! Love these ~ they're wonderful as all Olukai shoes are ~ fabulous, supportive footbed with nice arch support ~ but PLEASE NOTE: ONLY TODDLER 9/10 has back strap. Oops.

I bought size 11-12 because my daughter is growing out of size 9-10. I picked the picture with no back strap. The shoe arrived huge, said 12 on the tag and had a back strap. It seemed 2 sizes too big and what's with the back strap?? Now I see in the description they force certain sizes to have a back strap, which is so stupid. Let the customer decide if they want the friggin back strap. Have two separate styles. They are forcing the little kids to have a back strap? Why, to avoid a law suit if they trip? So now I'm attempting to buy the other thong sandal in a size 10.. I'm praying it doesn't show up and say size 9-10 and be the same size as the old ones... ugh!! this is the only sandal with arch support!!! Gah!!! LOL But seriously it does annoy me and stress me out. My kid needs a good sandal that fits! Sizing is inconsistent so far. But great arch support and my kid loves the sandal. She does have really wide feet and it cuts into the sides.

The sandal seems well made. My daughter found them uncomfortable as the strap fell right under her arch and rubbed. She said the actual foot bed was comfortable, but just couldn't get over the strap. Had to return them!

I found this flip flop/sandal to be one of the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. The part between my toes hurts terribly after wearing these. I tried these out around my house before committing to them and they seemed fine; however, after wearing them around outside and around town for less than an hour, I regretted making this purchase. I ordered three pair because I was excited, as an adult wearing child-sized shoes, to find a stylish flip-flop/sandal with arch support. I'm more than disappointed that these did not work out for me. Thankfully, I can still return the two pair I didn't wear outside. Also, I wear a size Youth 1 1/2 and the Size 2/3 is what "fit" the best.
