This jacket is a great value. I bought it specifically for Iceland as an outer shell and it surpassed my expectations. It was both wind and waterproof. The wind proof came in handy as there were 30 mph winds with gusts up to 70 mph. I brought 3 rain jackets with me and this one was my favorite since it's wind and water proof she dried very quickly.

I NOW HAVE TWO, ONE BLUE, ONE BLACK AND I LOVE THEM. THEY NOT ONLY REPEL THE WATER BUT ALSO BLOCK THE WIND!!!

Totally worth it. Not see through

I looked at several brands of waterproof jackets. Columbia has the best price for this quality of jacket. Other brands mentioned that they were water resistant but not waterproof and I was looking for a lightweight waterproof jacket. This fits the bill. Another thing I really liked about this jacket was that there were a variety of nice colors to chose from.

I have the dark raspberry; love the color. I normally wear a medium but bought a large since I don't like a tight fit. Big pockets. Velcro sleeves, which is nice with my short arms and to keep rain out. Waterproof, even in the constant rain we have been having for the last three days! Great buy.

This jacket is a perfect travel jacket. Water and wind proof, great fit and lightweight. I lost my first one and now I'm buying a second, replacement, one.

Light but warm! Very comfortable. Runs a little bit large, but I would not size down.

I ordered a large thinking that it would run a little small and I could layer. However, it was large enough to return to get the medium. Functions great

Great rain jacket. Fits perfect and true to size.

This jacket works a lot better than my previous rain coats. The water beads off so I don't get soaked. I wish the hood would stay on my head better.

My wife loves this Jacket. Quality, functional & fashionable! She now have two of these, black and a white. I've surprised her with many Columbia products over the years... never a disappointed look when she opens the box!

My jacket came in right before we had several days of rain. I wore it every day and have no complaints. It keeps the rain off, the hoops can adjust to start up when it is windy, and it all fits nicely into the pocket.

I love this jacket! It keeps me dry and it protects from wind. I got the dynasty color. It's a very vibrant and uplifting shade. I wish it was available in petite sizing, but the regular sizing is workable.

This jacket is excelent, however even with all my measurments , it still runs a bit larger! Otherwise the jacket is excelent,good quality .

Perfect jacket for the fall weather,fit great even with a sweater underneath.. Just what I was looking for!

I live in Southern California and we don't know exactly get crazy rain and it does not rain often. When it does rain or sprinkle, I wanted to be prepared for it. So far so good!! The jacket fits well, I warmed up walking in it, and my phone and glasses that I tucked inside were kept safe! The jacket does make that squeaky type noise, due to what it's made from, but that was not an issue after a while. It folds very nicely and it's currently in storage waiting for some rain again.

I bought this raincoat to replace my previous one. The inside lining on my old one was coming off, and one thing I hated about it is that you couldn't wear short sleeves with it unless you were okay with your arms sticking to the rain coat because of the waterproof material. However, this Columbia raincoat fits well and it has a mesh inside the arms so the waterproof material won't contact your skin when you are sweaty! It is great!! I am 5'8" and 165 pounds and bought a medium. It is a little big but will allow me to wear layers underneath during the winter or fall.

This jacket performs as advertised. Kept me dry while walking in the rain. Great color with my silver hair. I found I needed to wear a lighter layer underneath to remain comfortable though.

This jacket is perfect for a rainy day. It would also be great for a fall day where a winter coat is too heavy for the weather. It is great quality and does its job. Not a bad thing to say!

This was money wells spent. Of course after I purchased this jacket it didn't rain but I have hurricanes for changing that. I happily look for rain clouds in the sky now. The rain beads on the jacket and all you have to do is shake and they fall right off, so there is no drying time because of the awesome technology. This is my favorite raincoat. I even bought my mom one for her birthday. Dark plum is the best color!!

This jacket is perfect for a rainy day anywhere, but excellent for one in the south. Quality and materials are top notch. Actually looking forward to the next rainy day!

Have been looking for a jacket this color

I've had this jacket for nearly a year now, and have worn it in light sprinkles and full downpours with not a drop leaking into the inside. It is very comfortable and an attractive fit, light weight and easily packed. My only complaint is the velcro storm flap closure. When you put it on, the velcro tends to catch the other side and close the storm flap before you have a chance to zip the zipper. A very minor flaw in a great jacket, but designers take note ...

I love this rain jacket. It keeps me dry and its very fashionable.

I love this jacket. I just wanted something light to have for Rainey days and this was perfect! So many colors to choose from it was hard to pick but in the end I went with my favorite color purple. I love it and it's super awesome that it can fold up in itself and doesn't take up a lot of space. I definitely recommend this jacket. I usually wear large in my tops and jackets but due to my DDD chest I sized up just to be more comfortable and roomy!
