I love these shoes! I bought & returned 3 other pairs at other places before I found these. They are so comfortable & I get lots of compliments in them. I've worn them almost every day since I bought them. Great purchase!

i am a 6.5/7. i got the 6.5 & they fit perfectly. I ALWAYS have found them to be true to size & have been wearing NB for at least 20 years.

Positive: Sturdy, well made, typical New Balance shoe. Negative: I am a down-the-line women's size 9. After wearing these for a few hours, my big toe is irritated because they run a bit too short. I have kept them for this year, but I don't wear them like I anticipated. I'm a bit disappointed. Therefore, I have to give them 4 stars overall. However, Zappos service is by far some of the best in the on line ordering world!!

I have never worn New Balance but these were recommended for orthotics and for Hallux Limitus so I thought I would give them a try. My only real complaint so far is that they seem to run from half to a full size too small - depending on your preference. I normally wear 7.5, and in running shoes I take an 8 for the extra space needed when running. I went ahead and ordered an 8 but my toes were right at the edge. I ordered an 8.5 to compare and the 8.5 are definitely better. I know have the recommended wiggle room for my toes. They may now a little too wide in the toe box but that is actually a good thing for my toe condition. My last two complaints, the toe seam is weird, and I wonder if it will become a rubbing spot. Also, I can see the glue where the uppers were attached to the soles. Not a huge deal just an observations.

Super cute shoes. They seem to run a half size large and the toe area is a little wider than usual. I love them for everyday use but wouldn't recommend for working out.

These are cute but absolutely order up a half size! I am an 8.5, sometimes an 8 -- I got an 8.5 and my toe was at the end. I got the black and white which are cute, but I think too expensive for what you are getting. I want a pair of sneakers for fashion/wear with jeans, not exercise. But I wasn't bowled over by these -- and definitely they run on the small side.

These are the sweetest. I have big feet and something about the retro design of this shoe makes my feet look almost dainty. The grey and mint-green color combination is just lovely; sporty, yet not too sporty. Very happy with my new kicks.

I get a lot of compliments on these shoes, and they do look nice. However, I am a solid 9 (every other pair of shoes I wear is a 9), and these are definitely short. Try a half size up for enough toe room.

Unfortunately not for me. I initially ordered a half size up from my usual 5.5 and they were still too small; a 6.5 was too big. Too bad because they're really stylish.

These just aren't comfortable to me. I am a 7 but they felt tight so I got a 7.5 After wearing them in the house for a while they made my feet sore and felt too tight. Will return these again.

Shoes are average for sneakers. I use them for work so I couldn't use them without insoles for extra support. I went with the half size up as most reviews said was necessary. Wish I hadn't. Even with significant insoles added they are still too big. I would say these are true to size and you do not need to go up a half size.

As others have commented, these run small. Unlike some other shoes, they also get noticeably wider, as well as longer, when you get the half size up. while the length of a 9 didnt feel right, the 9.5 was far too wide in the heel. Too bad, these were cute and the soles felt supportive and springy.

I was so excited to see these shoes on here! I have owned classic New Balance shoes for years and have purchased several pairs. I normally wear an 8.5, and a 9 in New Balance. I ordered these in a 9 and they were too small. What a disappointment! Unfortunately, the neon color is now sold out. I will be watching for them to hopefully return.

Love New Balance Shoes, but this set ran at least 1/2 size too small! Also, the pads inside the shoe come right out. I'd rather they were glued in place.

Cute shoe but very short! I generally wear a size 9 dress or casual shoe but in most athletic shoes I wear a 9 1/2 or 10. I ordered these in the 10 as New Balance can run small and I would maybe need to go right to the 11 because they were that short. Too bad. Great price and color.

I ordered these in the "vivid rose / luxe pink" color and I returned them because they were too small (I'm between a 7.5 and 8, but my feet are narrow, so I ordered 7.5 and it was too short). I was also a little disappointed in the color. The pink/rose color is NOT as bright as it looks on the computer screen. It's more muted in real life.

I happen to like sneakers that are bulky and these are super cute. They do, however, run incredibly small. I wear a 9, ordered a 9.5, but prob could have worn the 10.5.

Fell in love with look of this shoe Reminded me of a timberland inspired look. I was disappointed with these. They were very stiff, narrow, and small. Going to try a leather mens version with opposite color pattern Hopefully they work

These were somewhat comfortable the first time I had them on, so I figured they would be better the second time that I put them on. Unfortunately they were worse! The left shoe felt like it torqued and my left foot was constantly listing inward. This caused much pain in my knees. I will be sending them back. I am very disappointed because they look really great on.

Why do these run so small? I am a true 7, never worn an 8 in my life. I am a shoe nut and used to work at Zappos. I know my feet, folks. I had to exchange for 7.5 which was also too small. Lengthwise the 7.5 felt no longer then the 7. They also seem narrow across the ball of my foot and not adequately padded. Cool looking shoes but weird fit and sizing. Try the Saucony Jazz instead. They are more infinitely more comfortable and look similar.

I have worn New Balance shoes for many years -- same style, same size. Now these are cut so narrow and so short that I cannot get my feet into them. Why have they changed the cut of these great shoes. Hugely disappointed and they are being returned. Why do manufacturers change a good thing???
