These are fantastic shoes! I have a wide-footed child and it's hard to find comfortable shoes for him. After reading the reviews, I sized down one size and that was perfect. My 5 year old says they are really fast for running - he loves them. They are super stylish too!

For parents who struggle with finding wide enough shoes for their kids, this is the pair for you. By far the best shoe we have found to date. The quality of the shoe itself makes the hefty price worth it.

My 5 yo son loves this brand, and tho they are more expensive than others, the shoes last until they don’t fit his growing feet anymore!! And, they do NOT get STINKY at all, unlike any of his other shoes after a few days of wearing!

My son loves these shoes! They hold up so well and always look nice.

These run a tad large as many of the Tsukihoshi shoes do, but they are gorgeous and my kid really loves the gold detail.

My kids LOVE these shoes. They love the colors/patterns, the ease of getting them on and off, and the comfort of the flexible sole is just right for their active feet. We will be buying more in the future. Definitely my favorite brand for kids shoes now!

Kid size? Boy size? these are really big.

My son loves rainbows and it was hard finding a pair of rainbow shoes for boys. These were perfect, well-made, and comfortable. If my son continue to love them, I will buy the next size up when his feet grow.

This brand does run half a size to a full size larger than other brands, and wider too. Once you figure out the sizing, they are great! My youngest has worn this brand most of his life; his feet are both wide and thick (tall?) and the regular width in these fits him perfectly. They last forever (we’ve never worn a pair out) and I love that they are machine washable if they get really muddy. We both LOVE the rainbow tie dye colorway of this pair!

M grandson loved them- especially because they were made in Japan. He put them right on. I]they are a big big but he doesn’t care .

My almost 9yr old child has wide flat feet and these “are perfect” as stated by my child!! Normally wears a US 2W in Skechers. I read the reviews when I purchased these shoes and listened. I ordered the 1.5M and they fit him perfectly. They do not squeeze his foot and there is room in the foot tight with or without socks and there is room in the foot bed for his toes to sit comfortably.Glad I ordered both colors the orange and navy and the green and gold. They both fit exactly the same. He is happy, therefore I am happy. We will see how they hold up over time.

My son has narrow heals. He cannot wear shoes with a narrow width because it's just his heals that are narrow not his whole foot. It is very difficult to find comfortable tennis shoes for him. He loves these and describes walking in them like "walking on air". Ha! He's never had such an enthusiastic response to a pair of tennis shoes.

I'm a little person with a wide foot. These are great sneakers. Wide and excellent support. Easy to get on.

My son loves them. There are so light. My first order was for size 2; too big. I returned and size 1 fit him. I didn't wash them yet but looks there good for the laundry machine.

I’m guessing on fit and comfort as they are my son’s shoes. We love this brand, he seems to love them too. We’ve figured out the sizing, they run large.

We buy these sneakers every year for my son. Super light weight, durable and machine washable. His feet are wide and these fit perfect!

We have two boys. They both love these shoes. We like that they hold up, but are still more "minimalist" without a lot of (unnecessary) rigidity built in.

These run big. Our boys love them. We've had many pairs. The last ones didn't seem to hold up quite as well as they had before, but our boys are also getting bigger and even more active/aggressive with their shoes.

I’m not sure what I would have done without these shoes. This is my 4th or 5th time ordering these for my son. He has huge feet that are so wide for an eight year old. We just order different colors. We ordered his last pair in the beginning of March 2019 with room to grow. It’s now the beginning of January 2020 and they are starting to deteriorate. For kid shoes with regular abuse... these held up. I just order him a Size 4. Not sure what I will do next time because I don’t think they make a larger size. These are incredibly flexible and light weight. I have a younger daughter who also wears tsukioshi. I highly recommend them. I have been a regular customer of theirs for the past seven years. I’ve also bought Keens but for everyday shoes those can be a bit stiff and rub my kids heels. I’ve never had a shoe complaint ever from them while wearing tsukioshi. Ever. They do run long... I recommend buying a couple of sizes at once to fit properly.

These are 1-2 size too big compared to other brands but my sons loves them

Our son outgrew his size 12 Tsukihoshi shoes in a very similar style so I measured his feet and ordered a 12.5 in this style based on that measurement. When they arrived they were definitely huge so I exchanged for a 12. Even in comparing the two different shoe styles, this 12 is much larger than the other style. Pretty odd. But they fit great. Also, with softer soled shoes my son's ankles tend to roll in, but these keep his feet pretty even while walking. We've gone through at least six other shoes in this brand over the years and we keep on coming back- sometimes it requires an exchange or two for sizing issues, but once that's figured out the shoes are definitely worth it.

I love this brand for my boys, but I hadn’t ordered them in years and forgot how long they run. I’d suggest ordering at least a half size down. We ended up keeping these - they look too awesome for my son to let me send them back - but I’m constantly worried he will trip!
