Love these pants. I am 5'10 and I bought the 34" inseam because I was wearing them with boots. The length was perfect. I used them in a very windy beach area in Iceland and kept warm. I felt more wind coming through my jacket than these pants. They are great.

I was happy to find tall rain pants that were long enough. I am 5'10, 150 lbs and the medium was fine, I was afraid they might be had to put on over bulkier pants so I tried the large as well, but they were way too big. I would estimate the M as 8-10 and L as 12-14. I am glad they are breathable..

I am a 2Petite these XS fit perfectly. Waist not too tight. I love the adjustment straps on the bottom. I bought inseam 32 long, but with adjustment straps was able to lift them a bit. 30 was not available. Price was right.

True to size, if you wear these over an insulating layer or jeans - in other words, there is enough extra space to be comfortable. Very handy and lightweight to take in a backpack in case of rain - or, conversely, to start off a morning hike wearing these to protect your pant legs from getting wet, then later as the dew dries, remove the pants and carry in your pack (this assumes you're wearing jeans underneath!) . The zippers are convenient, and long - to the knee - but it would be even easier to put on and off while wearing boots if the zippers were a bit longer. These protected me from dew-y plants along the trail, but I haven't had the opportunity to wear them in a downpour. I'd recommend these.

These are fantastic. I am a lacrosse coach in the rainy Pacific NW and these are super lightweight and comfortable and keep me dry when I need them. Much better and more flattering fit than my old REI pair. Highly recommend.

These pants fit very well. I am a size 26 or 27 in jeans and am 5'2, weight 117 lbs. I bought these in a small and they fit right around my hips/waist. The 30 inseam hits just right when I wear my snow boots and doesn't drag on the floor. It is thin material so I plan to layer with a base layer. It's roomy enough to add probably another layer with that. Great item.

So happy I purchased these pants! I am 5'6" and 125 lbs. I ordered the small with a 32 inseam. They might be a touch long but the Velcro at the bottom helps to shorten them up. I have worn them twice hiking on rainy days and was thoroughly pleased with their performance!

I'm 5'10" and ordered the longer length in size M. The fit is perfect and I appreciate that the fabric breathes. I put them on over leggings and tested them on a rainy dog-walk, and they kept me dry. Very happy with this purchase.

These are totally AWESOME! I bought them thinking that they likely wouldn't fit and I'd be sending them back. I am 5'9" and weigh 200 pounds and thought these would never fit over my jeans ---- but they DO and they are COMFORTABLE. The zippers at the bottom of the pant leg make all the difference. I fly every week on tiny planes to bush communities in rural Alaska and waterproof pants are a must. These pants are PERFECT. I'm thinking of getting a 2nd pair in case they stop making them.

Took these pant on a trip to Iceland in July, 2016. They sure came in handy. These were pricey and I questioned myself why I would pay that much for "plastic pants". These ARE NOT "plastic" pants. They are breathable and totally worth it. I wore these for a couple of days all day long. Very comfortable and easy to put on over my pants.

I am 5'9", 125 pounds and usually wear a 34-36" inseam. I bought these in a small long/tall and they were perfect. I wore them on a recent 17 day trip to Iceland, and they preformed great. They are very windproof and waterproof. I wore them over fleece pants and merino wool thermals. I was able to layer for all temperatures, which was great. I was in some really bad weather on a six day 50 mile hike, and I remained warm and dry. They worked as well (if not better) at stopping wind and rain than my fellow hikers were were wearing much more expensive gear. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I bought a 30 and 32 inseam length to see which would fit best because I measured 32 inches to the floor and can't remember the last time I had to buy pants using an inseam measurement. Tried both on over a baggy pair of jeans, and the 30 length worked best. The 32 length puddled at the floor. Also, I measure 28 at the waist, and 36 at the hip. The small fit fine over jeans.

These slip easily over jeans and hiking shoes. They feel roomy enough but don't look huge. The longer zips make a big difference. Like another reviewer, I am taking on a trip to Iceland next week. I also tried the North Face Resolve rain pants (I think that's the name of the style?) and I thought these fit better and went on over jeans and shoes more easily. I bought these in my usual NF size L--I'm 5'9" and need to make sure I have enough length in the legs, and these are good.

The pants worked out great for a fairly wet trip to Alaska. Fit well over my jeans & easy to get on over boots with the bottom zipper.

Exactly what I was looking for! These worked out great during my trip to Iceland this summer. Got caught out in the wind a rain a few times and these came in very handy. I ordered a size up so I could easily slip on over jeans or whatever I was already wearing. The zip calf and velcro help getting them over boots and then keeping them secure around the ankles. They fit well and were comfortable, easy to move in for hiking, and wind/water-tight. I am 5'10 and usually go for a 33-34" inseam. opted for the 32" and it was plenty long. the grey color was very versatile and didn't show dust and dirt like black shiny pants usually do. They also didn't make a lot of noise like other waterproof clothing tends to. Highly recommend!

Hiked 192 miles over the Coast to Coast trail in England, and was caught in rain many times, sometimes all day. These pants were completely waterproof, and comfortable. The half zip legs made for easy and quick slip-on over shoes. And unlike many other rain pants I found which had a 30" inseam, these have a 32" inseam so they were long enough for me. The pant legs are wide enough to drape easily over hiking boots. I also liked the zippered hand pockets for holding items such as a compass. Very good value for the price.

Great rain pants with a narrower fit than my old unisex ones. The legs are long enough to cover my ankles when sitting which is nice when it starts to rain and you are sitting in a canoe.

I bought these as rain/slush/terrible weather pants for my bike commute to work. My needs were: something that can on over my jeans, something that either be tucked into boots or cinched at the bottom to avoid bike chain interference, something with a high enough rise that it wouldn't slide down while riding, and something I could pedal in, either due to stretch or ample space in the thigh region. These aren't perfect but I'm keeping them. I like that I can pull them on over pants and shoes - it's a little challenging with the elastic waist (instead of a button/zipper opening) but the zippers at the bottoms of the legs help a ton. I also like that there are velcro cinches at the bottom of each leg, though they don't cinch enough for safe biking, they do tuck easily into boots. And the high rise is great for protecting all of my jeans underneath and staying put while riding. They're warm and stay totally dry and the zip pockets are a plus. A commuter-specific version of these pants would likely have reflective details but these were designed for other purposes. I'm 5'1", 95-100 lbs with most of my weight in my hips/rear/thighs, and I got these in XS with 30" inseam.

Not the most flattering, but I think that's just true of all rain pants really. The zippers make them fairly easy to take on and off over boots, which is key.

Pants fit great - over jeans and fleece pants. The zipper is long enough at the bottom. My complaint would be about the velcro to close the pants at the ankle - it's not tight enough, but it was serviceable -- kept me dry on recent boat trips.

I've had these for about a year, wearing them frequently to work as a gardener in all conditions. They are great in the chilly spring or fall with just long johns underneath. In the summer, they slip on over jeans, shorts, or soft pants. I have a 33" inseam but ordered these in the 32" length, which works perfectly. I wouldn't want the bottoms to become damaged by dragging and they are adequately long, covering the tops of my boots. I wish I had sized up to accommodate the layering of waistbands. I think I'm a size 4 or 27 on my bottom half. The size small works but a medium may have made it easier to pull these over my jeans. I do have to report after a year of wear that some of the interior lining has ripped. It may have happened by pulling these on over boots or from the washing machine. I'm giving a low mark for quality because I feel they were easily damaged.
