The shoes are true to size and my 10 year old son found them to be comfortable. I bought them for a camping/hiking/fishing trip and liked that they were waterproof. The only issue we had was they do seem to take a long time to dry out. The shoes also cleaned up well after the trip.

I have purchased Keen sandals every year for the last 6 years for my now 8 year old son and 5 of the last 6 years for my 6 year old daughter. I love these shoes: they are easy to put on and take off, they are supportive and fit very well, they can double as tennis shoes as they are easy to run and play in and are perfect camp shoes because they can get wet and cover the toes. The only downside is that they smell awful at the end of the day! This may be specific to my kids, but I have never noticed such a terrible smell in any of their other shoes.

These seemed to be designed differently and don't fit the way previous pairs of the exact same shoe have before. I buy these every year for my son but this pair seemed wider and honestly reduced quality or something. They fit differently and hit my child's ankle in a way that was uncomfortable in the back that he hasn't had before. Sending back and trying a different style.

Blisters! My daughter got blisters all over her feet with these sandals. She hasn't had issues with other models from this manufacturer but these were a bust.

They seem clunky but my son loved them. I personally stopped loving them after they started stinking to high heaven. This was a first for us. No shoes have ever stunk for my kid before. I washed them, I even put them in the washing machine and air dried them, the stench returned after one wear. I would stay away from these type of shoes from now on.

Fit and size were great but they are really heavy. I returned them for a much cheaper, lighter version for summer fun.

After one month, both cords/toggles have broken and the velcro doesn't stick. I'm going to buy replacements from Keen, but that adds another $10 to the overall cost.

I bought these for my 8 year old and we are returning them to Keen after he wore them a couple times. They are impossible to get on/off easily, even with a parent's help. Not recommended.

Cute sandals but they smell so bad!!! My son wore them but I should have returned before he did.
