Great sandal that kept my toddler happy and his toes safe all summer long. Love how lightweight they are. They are a bit narrower than the Newport sandal, more of a medium width rather than a wide. My older son always needed the Newport, but they are heavier and clunkier. This sandal is perfect for kids without wide feet.

Love these shoes - they were the only sandals we could find to fit his feet that would velcro! My 18 month old son doesn't have abnormally large feet but around his ankle/top of the foot area his feet are thicker and we had a hard time finding any shoes that would actually close. We get so many compliments on these and they match most of his wardrobe of bright colors and blues that they haven't clashed with a single outfit yet! He can wear these all day and splash in the puddles - and whenever they have gotten a little smelly I simply put a dot of Dawn dish soap on the inside of each shoe, rubbed it around with my finger, rinsed and voila = no more smell! Even if he ends up with "Normal" sized feet, we will definitely buy Keen in the future as they have held up amazingly well - I have a very busy boy that has put a lot of miles on them through sand, puddles and a whole lot of playgrounds and they still look (and smell!) like they did the day we bought them (3 months ago!).

Love the look of these and they are more lightweight and breathable than the standard Keen sandals which seems to help with the Keen stinky feet problem. My son's feet don't stink nearly as badly as with his other keens. But just like previous reviewer, there isn't enough Velcro to get it snug on his ankle. We use the last little bit of Velcro to get it as tight as possible but it is still loose and then there is a good deal of excess strap that isn't attached which kind of sticks out. But all that said, the looseness doesn't seem to bother my four year old who runs and plays all day in them. For look, breathabilty and way less stink, they are worth it. Seriously though, an easy fix for Keen would be to just have more Velcro on the strap to increase adjustability.

Love these for my toddler! He is 18 months and has chubby feet. Has room to grow and do not seem to rub or be uncomfortable. Easy to wipe and clean. Very cute on too!

We love these shoes for our almost 2 year old toddler. Bought for a vacation to have waterproof shoes and will use all summer. He seems to like them and be comfortable wearing them all day.

Good fit, loved them

These are the greatest shoes for everyone of all ages! They are comfortable with plenty of arch support and they keep your feet from getting hot in sandals. I can wear mine all day. These were for our 14 month old nephew and he can easily walk in them, and his parents love how easy they are to put on his feet!

Nice shoe for active little boys. I've already rinsed off a couple times and they dry soft and ready to use again. Hoping the Velcro hold up to our constant sand and dirt.

Bought these for my grandson size 6 toddler and they fit him perfectly. No issues with fit or comfort for him. Great summer option for those on the go toddlers.

I really love these shoes for my 2 1/2 year old son. I bought them for him last summer and liked them so much I purchased the exact same pair again. He has average size feet and we didn't have a problem with the velcro not being long enough.

I love these shoes for my 18 month old. He has very "fat" feet and I can not find a lot of shoes to fit him and these are great. I ordered a size up so he has room to grow all summer.

The next size up (8) has adjustable laces and a shorter strap (but is too large for my child). I whish the 7 had adjustable laces, too! We'll deal with him stepping on the strap until his foot grows wider. :-)

Great sandal, easy to rinse off if dirty. My only complaint is that the velcro on the strap isn't long enough to be able to tighten it (in other words, I would like to tighten these sandals tighter than the velcro length allows me to). Sandal size might run a little big.

Really good looking sandal and nice quality but the fit on my son was no good. The velcro tab isn't long enough to pull tight around his ankle. Not good if your kid has skinny ankles. Otherwise adorable!

I bought these shoes for my 16 month old boy. We have had good luck with Keens for my daughter, but these were definitely not up to standard. First, the ankle strap cannot be tightened enough for the shoes to be secure on his average size feet. Second, after the 3rd trip to the wading pool at the park, the shoes bled blue dye all over my son's legs, his expensive rash guard shirt, and my own tank top. Not a winner. Luckily Zappos has amazing customer service and will return the shoes, even if worn.

Super disappointed with this shoe. My daughter has been wearing it for less than a week and the seam of the stretchy material is already separating from the sturdy suede part. I expect much higher quality from Keen. Maybe this shoe was a fluke and it was a manufacturing defect. If others have had this issue, then Keen needs to fix this.
