I sized up a half size. My normal size was a bit short. The half size up is perfect! Since they're leather, they'll definitely stretch and soften over time. But, they're super comfy right out of the box!

This is my second pair of these shoes + I absolutely love them!! They are one of the most comfortable pairs of flats I've ever owned. I've had a couple of foot surgeries on one foot + am able to wear these shoes without orthotics or extra support for the whole day due to the amazingly comfortable memory foam in the bottom. I'm solidly like an 8.25 size (so frustrating!) - and I have both a size 8 in the nubuck suede, and now an 8.5 in the black leather. The nubuck did stretch slightly as expected, but I think the 8.5 are overall a better size for my finicky feet. Can't say enough good things about these shoes - I'll probably be buying a 3rd pair pretty soon!

Super stylish! I've gotten lots of compliments! I bought the shoes for work and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am glad I bought them. I never got a blister and I wore them for seven hours right out of the box. They are perfect .

Comfortable and cute - easy to slip on when I'm in a hurry. It's a casual flat that I don't have to worry about matching with my outfit because generally the gold tone fits. Definitely would buy a second pair, a year later after a lot of use, I just haven't had to! The shoes still look wonderful, and they're "oh so comfy!"

These fit like the Milly A line from a couple of years ago in my opinion. So if you like those, you'd probably love these Melanies. They are tight in the toe area so I would say that they run a half size small. Just for comparison, I am a whole size smaller in the Dylan than in these. Returning due to they are uncomfortable on me. The leather is soft and beautiful, usual great Frye quality.

The red pair of these shoes is my second pair. I bought a black pair several years ago, and I love them so I decided I needed another pair.

This shoe is everything! It's casual but not too casual. Unbelievably comfortable. Goes with everything, the gold is just beautiful. I feel like they are cool without being too trendy. I am usually a size 7/7.5 depending on brand and the 7.5 is perfect for me! I definitely recommend you get a pair!

love these shoes. Easy to wear and don't have to be broken in. Usually wear 9 1/5 or 10, had to get a 10 in these. Get these shoes!

I am so glad I got these, they are a perfect everyday shoe. They go with everything! And so comfortable. If you're on the fence about them I would go ahead and purchase. I love a shoe that is easy but also looks amazing!

I have the gray ones and I have worn them almost exclusively since getting them 6 months ago. When I wore them to Europe, I wore super thin socks. This helped break them in a little more, though it was already pretty comfortable out the box. I can wear them without socks too and my feet don't get all super sweaty like with other shoes. Looking into getting the white ones, though I initially ordered the white ones, and the there was some discoloration since it was supposed to be "distressed." Sent those back, but thinking I'll order another white pair with the hopes they won't be too oddly "distressed."

At first was sure they would be returned because they felt too narrow. However after a brief trial period they stretched and are very comfortable. So order normal size and width.
