I love the color and style. Felt very snug at first, and still is snug but after one day of wear, it is already stretching to fit my foot really well. Super comfortable - dressed it up at night, but casual/sporty during the day. And then ordered an identical pair to have two!

I so love these shoes. No arch support so I add orthotics, but they are so comfortable with or without. I wear size 9 and the 9 fits great. This is my 2nd pair, 1st pair cognac, 2nd pair black.

I found these shoes to run true to size. Before purchasing these, I tried the Frye Melanie T-Strap and found those to run tight and narrow. I did not encounter the same issue with this shoe, the Frye Melanie standard slip on version. I ordered size 7 in both, as I typically take a size 7. I consider the width of my foot to be about average, although I have lower arches, which can add width to the foot, as I see it. With this shoe, they have felt snug, but not suffocating (which the T-strap did!). I expect that the leather will soften and stretch over time, yielding an even better fit. The leather is silky soft and looks and feels high quality to me. I like the Camel color, which is a warm and versatile hue that I believe works for spring, summer, and autumn and will not show dirt the same way some of the lighter shades would. (This review was written about the shoe being sold as of July 2015. In case there are any adjustments made to the shoe in the years to follow, perhaps the things I have stated in this review will not hold truth for a future version of this shoe.)

These shoes are great. I was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes that I could do a lot of walking in, but would look nicer than sneakers. These fit the bill. Comfortable right out of the box. Some reviews said they ran large, some said they ran small. I think they are true to size as compared to all other Frye shoes. I always wear an 8 in Frye and that is what I got in these. In some brands I can do 7.5, but for Frye always 8 so I guess if you're on the fence about sizing then go up by half. Got the crackled rose gold metallic and they are beautiful. For those of you who said your shoes had been worn - the black on the soles is meant to be there! Love them - totally worth what I spent on them.

Cute slip ons with a sneaker vibe and a TOMS vibe, but nicer than either of those. Frye full grain leather is the best, and it looks, smells, and feels like quality. I got the coral color and it goes with everything summery. I wish the turquoise and yellow colors were still available! They were very comfortable right out of the box. The shoe fits true to size, and I didn't really notice the toe box being too tight: until I power walked a couple of miles today. Okay, so I have some blisters on the top of my 4th toe on both feet. Guess I had to break them in sometime: I walk a lot. I look forward to walking a lot in these adorable slip ons!

This shoe is both comfortable and stylish! The other reviewers are right -- they are ready to wear and comfortable right away. What more could I ask for? I would have loved this shoe in antique gray. I purchased in the antique cognac which is a beautiful brown with depth and will keep it!

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable, slight break-in required for the back. I love the gold rose metallic and also bought pink nubuc and blue ice nubuc, both of which are also beautiful colors. I am a true 7, with somewhat narrow feet, and they fit me perfectly. I am 62 and am getting compliments from the 20-somethings so I guess the shoes are very cool.

I have had these shoes for about 3 weeks, I wear them almost every single day! They are so comfortable and lightweight. I love Frye products, they are a bit expensive but they always last 2-3 times longer than similar options.

True to size, stylish, amazing casual shoe. Comfortable from the first time you slip them on. Got many compliments within just a few days. Will be walking all over Paris in these!

These were comfortable from the first moment I tried them on. I got them to commute to work in, but I've found myself wearing them all weekend too.

These Frye shoes are beautiful. The leather is wonderful. They have a little stretchable piece at the top which allows the shoe to stay on. I like that the top of the shoe does not come up too far which on my foot is not attractive. Admittedly, I have not worn them outside yet (I am saving them for a European trip) but they are loosening up and feeling comfortable. I have had good luck with Frye shoes. They are well made and last a long time.

I like this shoe, very cute. the fit was perfect. But it had been worn! bottom of sole had black marks on it and the suede looked bad in places. Shame on you Zappos for sending me a previously worn pair of shoes.

Great shoe. Beautiful leather. Much more lightweight than other Frye shoes. Please don't mistake it for cheaply made, because they aren't. The toe is pointed, so for all day wear, I found them slightly uncomfortable on the toes. The leather is so soft that I'm sure they will mold to my feet with a couple of more wears. I would say they are a little on the wider side than normal. No uncomfortable rubbing. The inside is leather as well.

I love these shoes! I have "complicated" feet, having had surgery on one heel a few years ago. These were really comfortable right out of the box. I wear them almost every day and walk miles in them. My regular size 7.5 was perfect. I sprayed them with weather-proofing as soon as I got them.

Love these shoes! They offer the comfort of a tennis shoe without looking the part. I receive compliments each time I wear them. That said, I did size up a half size due to the narrow toe.

Very pleased! I tried them against a few other similar type shoes and chose these! My Frye boots and oxfords are both 7.5, though I had to go to 8 with these as the 7.5 were too tight. Very comfortable and don't find them too sweaty, as can be a concern with all leather upper and inner shoes.

Ordered the taupe and the yellow, not knowing what would work best for me. It was the taupe and I returned the yellow. Very soft and comfortable shoe. I was quite surprised that both shoes had blackened white soles from use, but discovered that just wearing around the house will do that and they don't clean up.

Very happy with these shoes. They felt a bit tight in the toe box at first, but quickly loosened up. I vary between 8.5 and 9, and went with the 8.5.

I love this shoe!! It is most soft and flexible. It looks real good on because it is low profile. The lower leg and ankle doesn't get overwhelmed. This shoe looks good with everything casual. Great fitting. I wear an 8 and this shoe fits in an 8. It is snug but not too tight.

Ordered these while watching ''True Detective'' (again) On Demand Sunday, 3/30. Less than 10 hrs after hitting the ''Send'' button, I get ''Zapped'' w/ an email saying my order's been shipped! My not-so-thrilled husband brought them in the house this morning (4/01). Less than 48 hours from Keyboard to Box Cutter... Zappos, HOW? How do you do it? Mirrors? Elves? I have big, crabby, size 11M dogs--Hallmark's ''Maxines'' of the Foot World. Long toes add insult to injury. Always wore Frye boots & this is first time I've bought a leather slip-on. Not excruciating OTB but not marshmallow-puffy Pillow Clouds either. Feels like a pair of Keds on bottom. Beautiful green color is true to computer photo, leather buttery soft. Minimal arch support. Triangular shaped toe box makes the ball-of-foot area feel squished--others say these will stretch out pretty quickly, tho. Am holding out on final ''Yea!'' till I schlepp these around the house more. These were the last 11's in this color and they'd obviously been returned because bottoms were NOT WHITE. Still, I have great hope for these $150 dollar ''Keds'' (Ha-Ha).

I was looking for casual slip-on shoes that were a little dressier than sneakers, but just as comfortable and these fit the bill, perfectly! Originally I ordered a 9½, but exchanged them for a 9. Maybe it is just me, but while I love Fryes, I have a hard time knowing what size will fit. I have eight pairs of Fryes, and the sizes range from an 8½ to a 9½. Anyway, I found these to be a little on the longer end of the spectrum, and like another reviewer mentioned, I found the toe box to be a little tight (a not uncommon issue with Frye). But I have worn these a few times already and the leather has stretched out just enough that it's now a non issue. Oh, and a shout out to Zappos for their absolutely amazing customer support and super speedy service!

Love these shoes! Wore them brand new out of the box on a 7 day vacation. The first couple days of wearing them they made blisters on my heal and baby toes from all the walking. I put bandaids on those spots for the remaining days and the shoes were great! They are more comfortable than most flat shoes/espadrille types I've worn in the past. I have skinny feet but they were still a little snug on the toes at first. Once you wear them a few days and stretch them out they are perfect! I got so many compliments when wearing them. They looked adorable dressed up (with nice shorts) AND dressed down (with linen pants). I'd definitely recommend them.
