First of all, it's a hat. It provides all of the functionality of a hat that you might expect, like keeping the sun out of your eyes or off your neck if you wear it backwards. The North Face logo and trucker hat style mesh suggests to people that you like to go to the outdoors, whether you actually do or not. But not all hats are created equal. I've had hats fall apart after light backcountry use. I've had hats fly off my head in high winds while sailing. But I own 3 hats of this style and they've all been great at doing what they're supposed to do, stay on my head and keep the sun out of my eyes. I got this one in particular for a friend, who absolutely loves the color and it suits her well. If my other hats ever eventually do wear out, I will probably buy another.

I wear this hat when I am working outside, walking my dogs, or just for general outdoor use. It is stylish and very comfortable. I have three of them in different colors and am always on the lookout for new colors. I highly recommend this hat. It is soft and flexible. I have other hats that are stiff and uncomfortable and sometimes even come down too far touching my ears. This hat is a perfect shape and fit!

Great quality love the colors and look

My mom got me this for Xmas and for a guy in his mid 20's love the fit, the color looks good with my black hair. I thought it was my second best gift. My first being The North Face Etip gloves which I need for these harsh winters and travel ahead!
