I took the advice of fellow reviewers and ordered a half size up (normally 8.5, ordered a UK equivalent of a 9). So glad I did - they fit perfect! I've trained in them a few times and I'm really impressed. They give me way more confidence getting under the bar and help a lot with squats. Plus, they look great! Love 'em!

These were my first pair of lifting shoes (they came recommended.) and I'm very happy with them! I saw some reviews that said they ran small, so I order two sizes - my regular size and one half size up. I kept my regular size. These run true to size.

I just lifted in them this morning, right out of the box, for about an hour. First of all, they are definitely easier to put on/take off/lace up and get fitted. I think this is mostly due to the material and the tongue being disconnected on the sides (unlike the Reebok OLY U-Form). I often found my Reeboks difficult to get laced tight enough. There is plenty of room in the toe box while still providing an incredibly stable feeling and good arch support. They are not as flexible as my Reeboks were, however, they are still comfortable enough to walk around the gym and do a workout that doesn't involve running. While lifting, they needed no "breaking in" and I found myself more balanced right away. These might not be a fit for those of you who like to wear your lifting shoes for every workout but overall I liked them better than the Reeboks. The colors are badass, they are much more attractive than any other lifting shoes I've seen. I know it shouldn't matter, but they look good.

These shoes are awesome. I wear them for Oly lifting class. I have never had any inov-8s before but many of my friends have them so I decided to give them a try. Compared to my friends' shoes they are much lighter. At first I thought I might need to exchange for a smaller size, but I'm glad I didn't (one of my feet is 1/2 size larger than the other). The difference between these shoes and my regular Crossfit shoes is huge. I am more stable and more confident in my lifts now. The only thing I would change about these shoes is that they are pretty hideous in color. The green/pink just isn't doing it for me, but since I'm not wearing them for style I don't care. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I read the reviews for sizing and decided to go with the same size that I normally wear. They are a bit more snug than my regular inov-8s, but with breaking them in they loosened up a bit. I was also told that lifters are to fit "tighter" than regular shoes. Not very comfortable for wall balls or other movements, but are great for lifting. Still getting used to them, but happy so far! The colors are fantastic! :)

I was skeptical when I first put them on (they are super light weight) but they ended up feeling very stable while lifting. The foot bed fits like a glove, to the point where the strap is almost unnecessary! I had no problem staying on my heels in my lifts with these babies. Colors are also awesome (per usual with inov8), I got the grape atlantis version. Overall very happy with this purchase! Note: if you've never bought lifting shoes before, these will run a little smaller than your typical shoe size, but that is what you want in a lifting shoe (so that your feet are nice and stable during your lifts).

Great lifters. Very stable platform. However, I was warned that they run a little small and I agree so I ordered a half size up. I wish the width was slimmer. The front of my shoe buckles as I lace it up, tightly.

Runs small- especially in US sizes, but great for lifting and cross training! Not ideal for running, but overall a great workout shoe. Love the look of the shoe!

I get a ton of compliments on the color (blue and purple) by fellow crossfitters. I feel more stable in my hang power cleans when I wear them. Buy these weightlifting shoes in your regular shoe size, they will be snug but quickly stretch to fit your foot.

Bought these for my CrossFit combo lifting/metcon workouts. I've worn Inov-8 230's and 195's previously and always loved them. Had been lifting in an old pair of Do-Wins which I also love, but wanted something that could cross over. These didn't work out for me. They felt a half-size too small, but I didn't order larger because there was also something that felt a little uncomfortable upon toe flexion, across the top of the toes... the material felt too hard, creased and rubbed the tops of my toes. Just didn't like the way they felt. Planning to try another brand.

Really cute shoe but this ran a little large and wide for my taste. I usually wear standard lifting shoes by Do-win for Olympic lifting but wanted a hybrid shoe for crossfit. After reading a few reviews, I ordered my usual size in inov-8s. Turned out to be too big. I like my lifting shoes to be a little snug and these were just a little too wide and long. Stability is great though and i would have definitely exchanged them for a smaller size if they had them in stock. Maybe I'll try again in a couple months. Too bad.

Do not like shoes. It is too big and it hurts my ankles. Got them for my heel spur. Dislike them.
