This is my third pair. I loved pair #1 and #2. Sadly, these are not as comfortable - seems harder/stiffer. Plus these were more expensive. Doesn't encourage me to buy any more. I wish manufacturers would stop messing with their successes.

Great arch support & good heel cushion.

There is too much room between my fee and the straps. It feels like this shoe will not stay on my feet. I like my flip flops to be slightly snug across the top.

These are really cute and I expected great comfort, being they were Vionic. The material between the toes was uncomfortable and after a little while, it felt like I was stepping on a ball.

Good casual sandal for everyday. Only shoe so far that hasn’t hurt with my PF.

I bought a pair of TIde II sandals in June 2017. They were a great fit! Wide enough to cradle the foot, but not loose. The length of the shoe was a perfect fit for my foot. Now, here it is May 2018 and I liked them enough to get another pair. I ordered the same size as last year. Terrible fit! They are at least a full size smaller than last years model. They are barely wide enough to accommodate my foot. The straps bear down tightly on top of my foot. I am returning, but I will try a size up. Why would the shoe maker mess with success? It's too bad as these shoes are nicely made with good arch support. I hope a larger size will fit as I want it too. I did give the 2017 model a five star review!

I wear a size 9, these felt small and tight.

The manufacturer changed the design since the last time I bought a pair of these. The new design is significantly worse. They shoes are less comfortable and have less support. Returned them.

The sandals are beautiful and footbed feels great; however, the strap is very loose. Unfortunately, I will return them.

Very comfortable, but other reviewers were right - the straps are very loose and the shoes do not feel secure on your feet.

This is a cute sandal, really like the color that you could wear with anything, but it was just not comfortable on my feet. I wanted more of a cushiony feel!

Same shoe I ordered a few years ago and loved. Only now the straps are too loose, and I have wide feet. They are going back.

I am also frustrated with the "NEW" Tide II Vionic Orthoheel. One thing I liked about Orthoheel sandles was that they did not slap up and down when you walked like other flip flops do. I just received a new pair and unfortunately they now slap the bottom of my heel when I walk.

I love these and find they're one of the few flip flops I can wear with my flat feet. I had to return them though because unfortunately they were too loose/wide , which is crazy because I have the widest feet on the planet. I just felt like I had to "suction" my foot to keep them on. The design must have changed because I have older ones - when they were still called just Orthoheel - and they fit great.

I was looking for a sandal with the supportive Vionic insole I have purchased in the past. I sized down one whole size and this sandal has no support and is wide and sloppy on my foot. Returning.

Just as others have mentioned, these are not the same shoes as they were as Orthaheels. So disappointing that new management would change the product. This is the last pair I will buy as each new pair is less and less supportive. Wishing for the original pair that made my feet feel so good!

I am also disapppointed with the rebranding of Orthaheel to Vionic. Some of my favorite shoes for my overly-tender feet were Orthaheels. The new ones by Vionic simply pale in comparison. Guess they cut the quality. Such a shame. Back on the road, I guess, of looking for a comfortble sandal. Happy I at least still have my original Orthaheel sandals. I also agree with the customer who wonders why a firm stops making a bestselling item. I try to not get cynical but it's hard in such cases.

First pair of Vionic shoes....must say it is quite different. Feel like it causes my feet to roll outwards with more pressure on the outside part of my foot. Not sure I would purchase another pair.

I wanted to love this style, but just can't. The Tide Sequin base fits much better (almost no adjustment period, too); this style has never quite felt right in the arch. The shoes are cute - but they must go back unfortunately. I wear 11.5/12, and 11 in the flip flop styles is perfect. These are slightly wider and should accommodate regular and wide width as noted.

I love, love Vionic but this shoe is short.

I was hoping these would fit since they have orthopedic support, but like most things, they run too wide for my narrow foot.

I have purchased almost every color of the original Orthoheel Tide. I wear them constantly, indoors and out! Recently, I've had to replace some worn pairs, and purchased the new Vionic brand of what was Orthoheel. I was disappointed in the new brand. The arch support seems much less, and the materials the sandals are made of is much stiffer, making it much less comfortable for wearing long periods of time. The sizing also seems off from the original Orthoheel. The Vionics are looser in width, so your foot seems to slide around. All in all, they're just an ok buy. Vionics shouldn't have altered a great product!

I'm joining the ranks of those who say they used to love Tide until Vionic changed them. I just received a new pair but I'm sending them back. My old Tides feel like they're made for my foot and I can't wait to put them on when I get home from work. The new Tide soles are harder and the arch support is more of a hard (but smaller than before) lump. I'm going to order the men's Tide - the men's version has the same sole as my old Tides, so maybe it's the same footbed. Too bad they only come in black and brown.
