I have purchased this sandal before so I know to go down a size. I have had plantar fasciitis and thought I would not be able to wear "flip flops" again, but these sandals have excellent arch and heel support that permit to wear them without risk.

It keeps me out of pain from plantar facilitus.

It’s the only shoe that relieves my heel pain.

I have had a pair of the Tide that I wore for 3 summers, so time for a new pair.....I love Tide II....The insole seems softer and the arch support is just as good or a bit better....I got the black border pattern pair and I adore the happy colors. My plantar fasciatis seems to be fine with Vionic styles.

These are great for people who want arch support and a good heel cup. They’re comfortable and cushioned well, and you don’t skip if the surface is wet. They’re attractive to wear out for a decent dinner or bar. I don’t wear these to the pool or beach, as they seem a bit nice for that. I love them, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy a pair if something happened to the ones I have. I’ve recommended them to others with foot problems as well. One of my favorite features is that the strap doesn’t connect under your actual foot like most flip flops-it connect to the side of the shoe itself.

Vionic’s Tide II are very comfortable. I have worn them many times and they are holding up well. I usually purchase 1/2 size larger than my normal size in Vionic.

I love these flip flops. They provide excellent support and are my most comfortable shoes. I ordered a 1/2 size down and am really glad I did.

This flip-flop practically cured my heel pain overnight! They are a bit heavier than I would like but that's a small price to pay for the tremendous arch support. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but sized down as everyone said. The 8's fit nicely.

Eureka! Finally a sandal with great arch support. I have ordered several other brands that said good arch support only to find out they had very little support if any. Called Zappos CS and was told about this brand. I received these today and have been wearing them for a couple of hours. These are so comfortable! I love the great arch support and the heel cup. My foot feels secure in these. I am definitely going to explore other styles of this brand.

I have a high arch and these slippers are very comfortable. They don't require any breaking in and they don't rub. I wear them every day and they last a good while. I will buy these again and again.

I ordered the gold cork to wear instead of my favorite Birkenstocks that are the same color. The Birkenstocks have gotten to hard for my heel spurs, so I was looking for something that was similar but with more arch support and cushioning. The Tide II was the perfect solution. Benefit- they can even get wet! This is a great footbed, I will probably order more colors!

I LOVE these flip-flops...since I have recently developed plantar fasciitis I thought my flip-flop days were gone, but these are super comfortable and have taken the place of my Rainbows. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly.

I have plantar fasciitis and I'm pregnant so my arches are giving me more trouble than normal. Through these I discovered that super high arch supports are the only thing that keeps the pain away. These are FANTASTIC! The arch support is quite pronounced and high and takes a little getting used to at first, but oh my goodness what a difference they make in my feet! I cannot sign their praises enough. They also look cute too, which is a plus. When I'm not at work, these are all that I wear.

I've gotten to the point that I can't wear regular flip flops. These are a great alternative. The arch support is wonderful; they are comfortable; and I can wear them all day without hurting my feet. Cute too!

Really helpful for my plantar fasciitis that just started. Felt good the minute I put them on. Nice looking. I ordered black as well. I usually wear 9 and these are true to size.

Love these sandals. I have had my knees and hips replaced. Have had to replace a lot of shoes to find something comfortable. These have great support and are so comfortable. I even forget that I have them on.

Vionic had a great idea. Had it myself before hearing of them. I have overpronation, flat feet. Orthopedist recommends I always wear supports. Was pigeon toed as a baby. I love this brand. Yet I feel they have changed. There is not as much support now in any of the thongs I buy, and I only buy this brand. I have no other issues with these. Except that the support seems to be less pronounced. I would suggest they sell accessories along with their shoe line. Even handbags. I have several colors. My go to for the summer.

I love the Vionic Tide II. I was introduced to these flip flops when they were still called Orthoheels and have bought several pairs since. Some people remarked that the style had changed or that the quality had gone down but I did not find this to be the case. I bought my first pair because I injured my heel and needed extra support that regular flat flip flops do not provide. They really helped my heel feel better and I have been using them long after it healed. They provide a very stable walking surface and are very comfortable. If you have never worn a Vionic shoe before they may feel funny at first. Hang in there...they adjust to your foot and once you get used to the feel you will love the extra support they give. If I could change anything, it would be the strap. I think they work look more stylish if it was a little thinner. However, the wider strap is probably more comfortable especially because these flip flops are a little heavier than some. If you need a flip flop that will be comfortable for lots of standing or walking this one may be perfect for you!
