I have peripheral neuropathy, an relatively unknown disease affecting 20 million people in the USA. It is a nerve issue and it affects my feet and any pressure is painful. This shoe with its memory foam is heavenly and it offers a lot of room for my feet without putting a lot of pressure on it. A little bulky, but I have gone thru 6 different brand pairs at Zappos and this is the one I will keep. What would I do without Zappos? I couldn't possibly try so many shoes at a store. Thank You.

I have been wearing Skechers Memory Foam Shoes for over a year now and love them. I bought from Zappos because they offered the best price and shipping was fast.

This sneaker has a memory foam foot bed. And a nice bottom. They provide real comfort inside and stability and 'spring' on the outside. I've been wearing them for about a month now and they are an excellent sneaker. Good price, look OK and most importantly - they feel good!
