I have a wide foot so these were tight around the top of my foot. I would have done better with the kind that have a zipper I think. They stay on in the water and are comfortable to walk in.

These water shoes work very well for beach and snorkeling. I usually wear 10-10.5, the 11 fit well. They are comfortable; however, I did wear them for extended walking (couple of miles) and I did get a sore on my big toe where the seam rubs. That is my only complaint.

I bought these for an excursion in Jamaica, we climbed up a waterfall and these shoes worked great! Good grip, comfortable and fitted so I didn't get a lot of silt and pebbles in them on the climb up.

This shoe is all the glory you imagine a water shoe to be. But when you can glide over pebbles on Mediterranean shores it really is worth wearing. I don't think there really is a stylish option. Tevas definitely would not work. I got half a size smaller than usual to fit the whole size and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

The shoe has little polka dots in the heel - both in the sole and in the innersole. I could feel those dots and they were very uncomfortable to walk on even for a short time. I'll be returning them.

This new model of Surfwalker does not fit as well as the old model and does not have the same support in the arch and heel.

I use these shoes for water exercises at the gym. They function perfectly. My complaint is they fade! After a month of use 3x week, the black fades to grayish color. This is the second pair of black/blue shoes that I have purchased. Because the color doesn't hold up I won't purchase them again. Very disappointed.

The diagonal seam across the top ends right on my big toe and is very uncomfortable. The seam is bulky and unfinished inside. I ordered my normal size, but even without the seam issue, it would have been too small.

We love these shoes, generally speaking. If you want something for wearing around a pool, splashing in puddles -- anything like that, they're perfect. We wouldn't expect a lot of support in a shoe that would be used for activities like this. We also know that this type of shoe is meant to be snug. These shoes -- any Speedo shoes like this -- consistently run small. Very, very small. To get a snug, decent fit, I'd order at least one size bigger. For us, we order two sizes bigger. Yes, they're that small! Our family uses these for...both girls are on swim team, so they wear these to/from practice and meets, around the pool. We wear them while at meets, great for no skid factor. We also wear them to any water park. So, we love them -- yes! But we think Speedo needs to reevaluate their sizing!
