I've had the purse for a week. So far so good. I feel very organized. I spend a lot less time rummaging through things looking for keys, eyeglasses, etc. Love the side pockets for iphone and sunglasses.

Great style bag and I can find everything I put in it easily.

Great size, color, and perfect compartments. I would appreciate more options to lengthen or shorten the strap. I will use it cinched up tight to about 12-14 inches most of the time, but want to flexibility to make it full length to go diagonally over the shoulder and body for hands-free. I have shortened it to my normal length with safety pins and put the excess strapping stuffed into the side pocket. It is OK and stable for everyday use, plus I didn't cut it off and sew it shorter so I have the option of the full length when I want it.

I like that I can wear the bag cross body & have my hands free. While the bag is sturdy & will certainly hold up, a more structured material would make it easier to find things in the bag.

Multifunctional bag with lots of help organizing your stuff! I thought it would be a bit smaller, but it is just fine once I used it! I wish the Ipad pocket was a bit bigger as it's hard to get the pad out, but that actually is good because it won't fall out. I love that it can stand up to look inside it.

Great travel purse. Holds my big phone, wallet, iPad, and Kindle without looking too big or overstuffed. Not super fashionable but terrific to take on trips. Seems very sturdy.

Love the organization of this bag, and it looks good, too. My only complaint is that the straps feel flimsy and keep getting twisted up on the metal ring that secure them to the purse. I would like it better if it weren't so expensive. It just doesn't feel like it will hold up, but we will see.

I like this bag because of the many pockets, and sleek styling. Was toting a boxy Timbuktu before. I wish it had a clip for keys. The criticism I have is the inside pockets are so flimsy, not stiff enough to tuck a phone, sunglasses, credit card in one handed. The zipper on the top also came apart & had to be repaired. The light weight material keeps it light but not as sturdy.

I thought I would love this bag and I did not. Not enough style. Too big. I felt like a frumpy old lady. So back it went.

As I really do like the Helsinki (can use it pretty much anywhere, any occasion) , I went ahead and ordered this , my third Helsinki, in the darker gray. I sure wish I could return it but I removed the tags without thinking...outside, this gray is a very unbecoming color, more like a khaki green. So...do order the Helsinki, just not this color!!!

The bagg is as advertised, has lots of organizational pockets (too many, see further remarks), and the strap drop is excellent. I just wish they'd figure out a way to construct the bagg so that the top is as wide as the bottom - I can barely squeeze in a small planner, and those credit-card pockets are worse than useless - they don't really accommodate any cards (too small), and my planner and checkbook keep getting hung up on them. Where I could *use* the pockets is where that padded back pocket is - that would be way more useful if it were divided into sections, and never mind the "padded tablet compartment" notion - I wouldn't dream of carrying a tablet without a protective cover (which also gets stuck on those dratted credit-card slots). I do love the pen loops, though.

Previously I purchased a baggalini at a store and am very pleased with it so I decided that two would be even better. Wanted a bigger bagg for travel. Love the functionality and quality of materials in these baggs. The bagg that I received is exactly what I ordered and the color is nice. However the bagg was very squished like it was stored for a long time under something very heavy for a long time. I am attempting to take out the creases with a hair dryer then stuffing with tissue paper. We'll see how it goes....

Not as happy with this bag as I've been with past baggallini bags

I like this bag in slate blue yet wish (and thought) it had more compartments, more structure. It is a challenge to keep things organized. It's a good travel bag.

I saw my friend's bag which I loved, but you have changed the Helsinki model and it has a big divider inside which spoiled it for me. I am not carrying it and bought another brand.

The purse wasn't as big as I need. I couldn't fit in everything in it. It was too tight with everything in it. The shoulder harness material was slippery and kept falling off my shoulder I was very please with the purse very much. Just not big enough and need to change the material so that it isn't so slippery.

I ordered this bag for a recent trip from Dubai to the US with a stop in Spain in between. I never used this bag because I can't stand the thin, slippery strap. It kept sliding off my shoulder and wouldn't stay the length I adjusted it to. The overall design was good with many pockets but I hate the strap. I would send it back but I live in Dubai so it isn't worth the hassle.

The bag is designed for casual days. It was much prettier in the picture. I felt the material looked cheap. For the price the Mosey handbags are a better choice.

The style and organization of this bag are great, but the zippers do not work smoothly. It's a shame, but it's going back...because after all, what's the point if you have to fight your bag every time you want to grab something?

I always like bagallini bags for their durability with style. This bag proved too big for me, so have returned it.

Awkward to load, use, unload. Well made, however. Nice color.

I have many baggallini handbags and loved the products. In recent years, I've noticed the quality of materials have gotten much cheaper and the lining is merely paper thin polyester. The hardware is also cheap and scratches easily. It feels like an aluminum blend rather than a durable metal.

I normally like Baggallini bags. But unfortunately this one was way too big-you could fit so much but the bag ended up super heavy and was not comfortable to carry. The opening is also very hard to access, especially when wearing the bag cross body. With such a narrow opening , it was hard to get into main compartment and I constantly had to take the bag off and set it down just to open and dig through it.

I have owned several Bagallini bags and I love them. I bought the Helsinki bag in black last Winter. This bag has a lot of zippers on it, and the bases of the zipper pulls are not fully closed at ends. The pulls snag silky fabrics, and it is very hard to get fabric unsnagged. Two of my Tienello tops have been ruined by this, holes torn in tops. VERY disappointed!!!!
