First, I am a FitFlop fanatic; I love them. Since I have found this amazing brand, my overly arched and ever-expanding feet (another whole story / issue) have been happy. I no longer have ball-of-foot pain which was pretty excruciating at times. I haven't counted them, but I am guessing I have at least a dozen pairs of FitFlops in my closet. Many styles. Great comfort and style. Hooked. Second, although I loved the look of the Nimbus Silver Cha-Cha, I had to return them. Why? The beads on the front just drove me crazy. They tickled and irritated the top of my foot. Sounds pretty OCD, right? Maybe I would have gotten over it...but I was in Western Australia on vacation (from USA) and decided that they cost just too much (especially in AU dollars) to chance it. Reluctantly, I returned them. They are gorgeous -- better in person than on line. Try them and good luck. The silver color is delicious. Thank you, FitFlop. Third, no other online retail establishment compares with Zappos. They are amazing. As a management / organizational consultant, I recognize their outstanding attention to corporate values, behavior, training, and above all, leadership. Keep it up. Outstanding. Sorry for the epistle. I almost never chime in but I felt compelled to this time.

Love FitFlops most of the time, but the Cha Cha style and some others have the between-the-toe strap made out of a hard leather that rubs and chafes badly between the toes, especially where the stitching joins the above the toe decoration. It rubs my area high between the toes raw and I had to tape on some moleskin to even wear the shoe. You can see the moleskin between the toes. If FitFlops would stay with the soft suede or Nubuck material in this area like on some of the other styles, that would solve the problem, in my opinion. Otherwise, these shoes have great support, softness and comfort. Would just suggest that the manufacturer pay extra attention to the between-the-toe strap being of very soft, pliable material.

I love Fitflops! They are the only shoe I can wear comfortably all day that cushion my heels & prevent my plantar fasciitis from flaring up! They are worth every penny! I'm a size 8 to 8 1/2 & purchased a 7. The fit was perfect!

These are so cute! This is my 14th pair of FitFlops and they are fabulous! I have plantar fasciitis and these are the only sandals that I have ever been able to wear. The ChaChas are so fun. I have received so many compliments! I absolutely love FitFlops!

I live in Miami and because of the warm weather I wear lots of sandals. Fitflop is a combination on a sandal and a flip flop, so they are dressier than a regular flipflop. I like this brand since they are very comfortable and made well, they do last a long time. I have about 5 pairs and wear them all the time. I love the Cha Cha style design.

Loved the style and look of this shoe, it was just the pop of wow I was looking for. But my wide feet hang over the side. It's sadly going back.

This is my favorite pair of Fitflops! I just discovered this brand and this is my 3rd pair. They look much better than pictured. I got black but am going to order silver plus purple for my daughter. Absolutely love them!!! I had no problems with the beads dangling and bothering me. Didn't even notice them. The platform of the shoes are patent which I really like. I wear 7-7.5 and the 7 fits perfect. If you have any type of pain /feet issues you should give this brand a try. I can walk all day and nothing hurts anywhere. And of course Zappos is the best!

Super cute and super comfortable. I ordered a size 9 and it's a generous size 9, but not so big I need another size. They were instantly comfortable without a 'break-in' period. Love them so much I got another pair of FitFlops in a different style.

Love these shoes. Great with navy, black, purple. Same fit as other FitFlops. Order 1/2 size smaller.

I bought these for a cruise and wore them for most of it. I didn't realize they were an "exercise" type shoe or I might have passed them by. Glad I didn't know that, because I love them. Especially how snuggly they fit over the top of my foot. They don't have that annoying "flip" sound when you walk.

SUCH a fun fit flop! I have many pairs but this one will be the most fun to wear! Weather too cold but I have worn them around the house and just love the comfort and the style! They have the usual all-day fit flop bouncy comfort I love.

They are beautiful. However, the thong so larger and rougher than on prior styles, and it hurts to walk more than a short distance. I'll only wear these when going somewhere I know I'll be sitting most of the time.

These would have been perfect in every way except the thong between the toes hurt. I have many other thong sandals so this is usually not an issue for me, but with these it definitely was.

I've kept an eye on these for months and finally decided to try them out. Not what I expected. First, styling: I was surprised to find that the sides of the sole are hard and shiny, and the collar shinier yet. I still love the fringe, but the collar is set farther back on this shoe than on my other FitFlops. That visually cuts my legs off higher on the ankle. Next, fit: The collar is looser than most of my other FitFlops, so all the pressure is on the strap between the toes. I might have gotten a better fit with pads over the instep, but between the price and the styling, it wasn't worth the hassle. So these are going back. At least now I'm over them.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the CHA-CHA Sandal!! I had purchased the same sandal in black over a year ago.

I gave these to my mom in the shimmery blue color for Mother’s Day and she loves them. It’s the third pair in this style that she has.

Once the sun comes out I pretty much put all of my shoes away and wear FitFlops until the days and nights get too cold. My feet feel completely supported, I have no trouble walking in any of the FitFlop sandal styles and it's like I'm walking on a cloud all day. These are an absolute dream for my feet. I prefer the glitzier styles and these are great for daytime with my fanciest FitFlops reserved for evenings with slacks or a sundress. I get compliments on these shoes all the time because they're not only comfortable but pretty!

This is my third pair of FitFlops. Always comfortable and a consistent fit. True to size. Extremely durable and so stylish. Love them!

I buy a new pair of fitflops each season and this style was my choice this year (sapphire)! I love them and the bead detail makes an outfit dressier for work. The beads do not tickle or affect my feet in any way, nor do they make sounds. Also the feel of the band and toe post are exactly like all my other fitflops and felt soft and smooth from day 1. I will likely buy this in black too.
