I bought these to wear in New York for a week in January. I wear a size 5, medium width and suffer with plantar fascittis. These shoes are perfect! I wore them every day without any pain. We did a lot of walking in the snow and rain and these are very comfortable and warm. Thank you, Zappos, for always navigating me to the right shoes!

I really love this shoe. I have bought several pairs over the years. This time they were a little tighter than usual but relaxed after wearing them. If anything could be improved I would say I wish they lasted longer than a year of use.

I have worn this Merrill shoe in an 8 medium for 20 years as my winter shoes when it’s a little slushy or snowy or just for running around doing errands. I am disappointed I had to return the pair I just bought because they were uncomfortablly tight in the width. They seem to be the same overall quality, but it is not the same comfortable fit I had for so many years.

I really like these winter shoes. I bought them because I was looking for shoes with good tired that would be safe for walking in winter conditions and were also slip on. I have very wide feet complicated by bunions, and these shoes are just a bit too tight with thick socks. However, they’re ok with thin ones. I wish they came in a wide width.

I usually wear Merrell Jungle Moc 10 B in leather, but the suede is tighter and had to return. Nice shoe.

I was really excited to purchase these as they would have been perfect to wear during light chores at the farm, walking dogs, running errands etc. Unfortunately, though I normally wear a size 9 in Merrell's, these were too small, and the size 9.5 was not available. One area where the shoe felt tight was the top of my foot over the arch area. I wore them around the house for a few hours but decided that they had to be returned due to discomfort. They are a well made shoe, but consider sizing up at least half a size. They are a nice looking moc with good traction and a nice sole for walking.

I have 2 pairs of non-waterproof Jungle Mocs that I purchased almost 15 years ago and they are still going strong from almost daily use. A little scuffed but solid, comfortable shoes. I was hoping to get a waterproof pair. My old pairs are a very comfortable size 5.5. Based on reviews that the waterproof version ran a little smaller, I ordered a size 6. They fit snug in length and very tight in the toes, both in height and width. No wiggle room at all and no room for thick socks. I would have reordered in size 6.5 but there was a weird rubbing going on around my ankles. And the shoes were mismatched in height. Felt more comfortable returning and looking for alternatives, if there are any.

When I first put these shoes on I thought they were too tight even though I ordered a half size up as recommended. Upon examining the insole which hurt the arch of my foot I discovered that they are a lot thicker than the insoles in my other Merrell shoes. I swapped the insole for another which came with a sneaker in the exact same size and shape but a lot thinner. Voila, the shoe fits great and feels good. So I will have to swap the insole between two pairs of shoes at least for the time being, maybe when I have worn the shoes a bit I can try the insole that came with them again. Meanwhile they are very wearable.

Really wanted these to fit, but they're too loose without my orthotics. And with the orthotics the right one hits hard on top of my high instep.

Too loose for my narrow heel. Boo hoo because this style and color (gunsmoke) are exactly what I want and need.

I think these may be the ones I finally keep. Tried normal (un-waterproof?) Nubuck which felt perfect except were a little too high, and though comfy I knew would continue to irritate my upper foot/ankle. The waterproof moc in my size was too tight in foot bed and across the top so I ordered a whole size larger without much hope of it fitting; surprise! These feel perfect! Zappos has accepted return after return and I appreciate it SO much - living in a rural area where there are no good stores, thank you Zappos for helping!

Very comfortable footbed with plenty of cushioning. Very waterproof. I had to go up a full size in order to wear with heavy wool socks (SmartWool).
