I have had 2 defective pairs of these sandals. The buckle broke of one pair and on the second pair, the buckle did not fit into the clasp. Hopefully Merrell will redesign these sandals for next year.

I was looking forward to receive these sandals thinking that they are probably very comfortable like most of the Merrell's footwear. When I tried them on the first time, I was so disappointed. They were was neither comfortable nor supportive. The style however is super cute like the photo shown but that was it! The design of the footbed is horrible. It has deep groove pattern that pinches the bottom of your feet every step you take. And, there is no arch support. The sole is thin and does not provide adequate support for long walk. I am very disappointed indeed.

I agree with another review. This shoe is not nearly as adjustable as it looks and I couldn't use the buckle. Not as comfortable as it looks either. Had to return it even though the style is cute and the color exactly as pictured.

A very comfortable sandal, but the buckle clasp is impossible for me to open, or close. I do not have arthritis, so I wonder if the one I had was defective. However, it was true of the clasp on the other pair I ordered, so I would not recommend this style of closure. Otherwise, Merrell makes such wonderful shoes, that I'll try another style.

I was thrilled to find Merrill sandals in my size (12). Bought these for trip to Costa Rica. Very disappointed. They are stiff and I got blisters from the constant rubbing due to all the scratchy stitching. Also they look very adjustable due to all the strapping but none of it adjusts it's just decorative. Also the ankle strap is very hard to unfasten. I expected much more from Merrill. I can't return them because they are worn but I would if I could.

What a disappointment! I tried on the Azura Wrap model in a store but wanted the open toe. The strap across the toes has velcro, but is sewn together so is only adjustable to make tighter, not looser. The heel strap does not adjust at all as it does on the Azura wrap, and so the only adjustable strap is the one across the instep. Sadly, the parts that I needed to adjust were the ones that don't move so I'm returning them.

Very disappointed when I ordered size 8 after the 7's were too small. I received a sz 7 and a sz 8 sandal. one of each...there was a spot on the right sandal also. very disappointed.

Uncomfortable for me. I wear a 6.5 and was advised to get the 7.0. I have high arches. The velcro does not stay due to overlapping the end. Wore them for 10 days thinking I needed to get used to them. My feet were in pain the whole time.

My husband and I have been wearing Merrell shoes for the past six years and have grown to love them. During the past few years the quality of the shoes has slipped. This is a new pair of shoes that the strap broke with just a couple of wears. I would like to return them for another pair of the same shoes. Thank you.
