Very comfortable shoe!! Fits perfectly! I am looking forward to purchasing another pair in the very near future.

I own this shoe in navy, black, and aluminum. I have had several pairs of each color. I like that they are soft on the outside and have a removable insole, so that I can insert my full-length orthotics. With my orthotics, the arch support in these shoes in perfect. I wear them in the summer without socks and in the spring and fall with socks. One thing that I do find problematic is that each pair fits a bit differently, so every time I want to buy a pair, I have to try many of them on. Currently, I own four pairs that are good and one that is too small because I made the mistake of buying one that is a smaller size seven (and the others are also size sevens). All in all, they are my favorite, most versatile shoe. I wish they made a winter boot that fit like these.

Comfortable, breathable, go to work shoe. Buying another pair for around the house, and for beach wear. Comfort for my whole 10 hour shift which includes 50% or more walking around. Cons: runs a little big (not much) and one shoe has a slight click in the sole which I hope goes away once they are broken in further

I liked the shoe overall. It was comfortable and breathes well. The shoe gave moderate support and slid on and off very easily. It is a great shoe for wearing around the house, hospital, or even a walking shoe!

ABSOLUTELY! This is my second pair of this style of shoe from Merrill (I have also other shoes from Merrill). Amazingly comfortable. For five years now I only wear Merrill shoes.

Great shoe for summer

I have three pairs of these and I really like them except for one thing. The top band has worn out on all three even though they're still wearable. OK to wear at home but embarrassing when out and about. Half black and half greyish fabric. I have tried black shoe polish and markers to no avail. Maybe buying a leather version would not have the same. problem. I don't remember this happening on older pairs. Hope this isn't a duplicate.

I have owned already 4 pairs of the encore breeze and they last quite awhile considering that I wear them at work, I am a massage therapist and of course spend a lot of time on my feet. I do have to add a specific insole because my arches are extremely high and have developed a lot of sensitivity over the years. However the last pair I bought a few years ago to help me keep one pair at the Spa where I work and have another pair for my private practice has a creaking sound with every step. I thought it would subside with time but has not and now my plan of not having to carry a extra pair of shoes to work is not working. I do have a problem with one of my foot so my choices are very limited. I kept wearing the older pair that does not make the creaking sound but of course this pair now is too old and I cannot wear them anymore as they hurt. I wish I and returned the ones that creak with every step and gotten another pair as soon as I noticed the problem . Aside from this problem this is a very good shoes and I like that they are very light and have a good support.

This is a really nice shoe. I haven't had a great success record with Merrell shoes and probably won't be buying anymore, but I have to say this shoe is much better than the other two pairs I've tried. It's fairly comfortable (I still think they could add a little more give or cushion to the sole of the shoe), and it fits perfectly. I would recommend this shoe. Which would be a first for me.

I own 3 pair of the encore breeze. Have been wearing this model for the past 6 years every day. Would have nothing else. Hooray for Merrell!
