Great shoes! I needed some practical, but cute shoes for wet winter weather and light snow that did not require snow boots. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable, look cute, and keep my feet dry. I am a long-time Merrell customer and these are quality, worth the money.

I LOVE this shoe! It's so much more comfortable than any other walking shoe I tried on. They're lightweight, waterproof, and supportive. I also happen to like how they look. Perfection!

I ordered 2 sizes of this shoe, an 8 and 8.5, both wide. I have other Merrell shoes and I like the brand. So far so good but am still deliberating between the 2 sizes. Both shoe sizes are wide enough in the toe box and are very comfortable. I would say the shoe is true to size but I ordered a size up just to make sure I had enough room. Do not think I need the size up so most likely will return the 8.5 size.

I was looking for a lighter walking shoe. This shoe fits well but heavy for walking all day at work. I sure it would be great for hiking.

I have "duck" feet, wide in front and narrow in back. I ordered these in a wide and they did not disappoint. The toe box is both wide and high, while the heel is normal. They are very comfortable, although it does feel like the arch is closer to the heel of the shoe than my arch is to my heel. But, I still like them very much.

I found the fit odd! I ordered these in a 9W. I cannot complain there, however the outside edge from the base of the little toe to mid heel was too narrow and it pushed on the bottom outside edge of my foot. That is overall annoying! I removed the liner and replaced it with others and still had the same problem. When I examined these shoes with the liner removed I noticed the difference in the stitching compared to another shoe. The shoe narrowed in the arch like it is supposed to, but it did not widen again back in the heel. This seems to be why the shoe pushed up and in from toe to mid heel; like the arch support was on the wrong side.

These shoes are on the uglier side of things. I got the Kangaroo color and the green is quite vivid (not subdued at all). But as soon as I put them on I was almost happy with them. Like others, my complaint is with the crummy insoles...they do nothing. I swapped them out for my custom orthotics (which I normally only need/wear with shoes that have little support, such as dressy Mary Janes) and it made a huge difference. I've had them now for about 2 weeks and have worn them on at least 4 occasions for 6 or more hours. Tons of support throughout the shoe, very comfortable, just generally feel great. I have a wide, flat, square foot (think Fred Flintstone) and generally am quite happy with Merrells...these are no exception. Would have given them 5 stars for "Overall" and "Comfort" had the insoles been better. And for a shoe at this price they should have been. Otherwise, these shoes are great!

These shoes are very nice for walking or light hiking. As some others had noted in their reviews (which I read before ordering), the insole is thin and makes the shoe feel hard. After removing the insole and adding my own, the problem was resolved. These shoes are not the priciest I have bought, but they should have a better insole for the price. I have another pair of Merrell's that I bought a couple of years ago and the insole in these was perfect.

I've been looking for waterproof shoes to wear for work for a while, but my feet are a little picky. I've finally decided on these, but with one caveat - I ordered a pair of Merrell Mocs at the same time, and at one point while trying them on, I swapped the insoles of the two shoes. What a difference! The insoles in the Azuras are fairly hard and sculpted, while the insoles in the Mocs are super squishy and soft - just right for my feet! I'm going to look into whether I can order squishier insoles from Merrell, but in the meantime I've got some $3 insoles from CVS in on top of the original insoles.

These shoes are very comfortable. As others have stated, the insole is not very thick or cushiony in the forefoot. OK for short walks but not so great for hard walking.

Zappos is always dependable with great service
I did find that the Merrell
was not as well made as the pair i got 2 years ago.they seem to be finding ways to cut their costs. for example; They made the pull tab half the size and the support was not as good in the arch.
I was pleased to find the wide with which is hard to find in department or sports stores.

In need of a pair of hiking shoes, I decided to go with Merrell since I'm familiar with the brand. These are very comfortable and fit my wide foot well, they are true to size. I also appreciate the feminine touches that are hard to find in hiking shoes. That being said -- today is my first day to wear them and I'm a little concerned about the soles. They seem to have a nice rubbery grip as long as they stay dry, but as soon as I walked across a wet parking lot, they were very slippery. This was even worse as soon as I stepped on tile. I'm hoping this will go away with some wear, as I'm not sure about taking them hiking in Colorado where I'll definitely encounter slippery rocks.

These aren't particularly great looking shoes, but they manage to not look offensive and these shoes are really more about function. Sturdy shoes. Good arch support. Not too heavy. Perhaps a little bit more stiff than I am accustomed to.

This was my first pair of hiking shoes. They are plenty wide. My toes can spread out while still being comfortable. They take some getting used to if you are a first time hiking shoe wearer. A bit clunkier than gym shoes but nice grips on bottom. I bought flat gray laces for them because they come with round and do not tighten down like I wanted. Other than that, great shoe. I am so glad I finally found a low top hiking shoe in (generous) wide! Smart move because as you hike your feet swell, so I'm happy with this purchase!

I bought these a year ago, the fit is good, I have wide feet and these were plenty roomy in the wide size. I have been happy with these until this past weekend, sadly one of the eyelets that hold the laces pulled out, they are only glued in. I m really sad because the shoes are still in good shape.

These are very comfortable shoes, I wore them a lot in the fall and winter walking to work, hiking, etc. But after about a year of moderate wear, the heel padding in the shoe started to come out, and now my heel rubs on the back of the shoe, which I can feel through my socks, even when they're thick. It seems like a pair of shoes at this price point should last longer than one year.

This is a great shoe -- with one fatal flaw. It has a weird rise on the inside of the shoe opposite the arch. This is incredibly uncomfortable and would cause bad blisters. I wonder who would be able to wear this shoe since I have an average to narrow foot.

I loved the color of these Merrell's and also the "bounce" I felt walking in them. However, although I ordered an 8 Wide, they were too short and too narrow. I have low profile (skinny) feet that are wide in the toes from wearing sandals most of my life. I also have arthritis in my toes and any pinch is very painful. I have ordered an 8.5 Wide now, and another different pair of Merrell's Moab in a size 9, although I wear a 7 in a sandal.

This shoe felt stiff but airy. The styling was okay, but overall shoe turned out to be a little bulky for me. I felt that I could find something more comfortable.

These are much cuter on the screen than they are in person. Something about the toe box looks really clunky, almost orthopedic. SUPER comfortable if you can tolerate the appearance which I decided I couldn't.

I bought these shoes last year to work in my yard. I normally wear an 8 in shoes, but ordered the 8.5 for added comfort. I love the style of these shoes, but every time I wear them more than 2 hours, they kill my feet. I'm guessing that the shoe is too narrow over the ball of the foot. I may try ordering them again in a wide.

Unfortunately, I had to send these back. The length was okay but they were not wide enough. Normally I wear an extra wide in sneakers but since these don't really have any 'give' on the sides, they were too narrow.

Loved the wide/tall toe box, but it felt like there was absolutely no padding under the ball of my foot. I'll be doing a lot of city walking, not just hiking, so these are going back -- my feet would be sore standing in a museum in these. The light blue color is really pretty though.

These shoes were adorable, and I was pleased with the width. I also think they will perform well as an outdoor hiking shoe. Unfortunately, the arch support was non-existent. I would even go so far as to say it had a negative arch, which I know sounds strange, but when I walked in them, it felt like there was NOTHING touching the center of my foot… never had that happen before. I have high arches, but that's just ridiculous. Oh, sure, there's a tiny little lift on the outer edge, which some may argue is arch support, but I never felt it touch my foot, so…
Also, I purchased these because it is listed as a memory foam footbed on the site, which is called "lazy foam" in the description. Please. There is no cushion on these shoes whatsoever, much less any sort of memory foam.
I wanted to love these, but they were an epic fail.

The shoe was far too big for me making it a bit hard to accurately assess its functionality and comfort. However, I decided to not get a smaller size since it seemed to not provide as much comfort and support as I was looking for.
