Very supportive and comfortable. I have a high arch and i have had some problems with my heal. These have been great.

This is the second pair of Merrells that I have owned. They are very comfortable and would highly recommend them

Good shoes

Wore all day right out of the box! Perfect in every way. Such great grip and balance. I'm 67 and walk a 50lb. dog 3 x day and these are my go to for the whole day. Loved them so much, bought my husband a pair!

I buy a pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs about once a year. They serve as my all around / general purpose outdoor work shoes (walking dog in all seasons, cutting grass, landscaping, ect) and I keep them at the front door to change into when I go outside. I'm also hard on outdoor shoes but these last a reasonably long time for the wear placed on them. I've done this for 7 plus years and all shoes have meet my needs to date. This is the first waterproof model I've purchased as we are going into a wet fall and winter. I don't expect any change in my opinions but will update with any new approval / complaints if required. I usually wear a wide version and half size smaller, 9 wide, but the waterproof 9 1/2 Medium version fits me well using the thicker winter socks. I do not recommend these for use in moderate to deep snow due to the low profile.

These are wonderful waterproof shoes, durable, comfortable, and kind of stylish. I have taken them to snowy areas and the grip are pretty decent. They kept out water during rainstorms and puddles. The only thing I did not like about the style is the color strip on the heel, it feels so out of place. Wish they had a brown waterproof version and make that strip at the heel the same color as the shoe. I have had them for 4 years (used them regularly for 2 years), and they are now starting to wear out and feel too loose. Overall, I can't recommend this shoe enough. I'm definitely getting another pair.

Excellent fit! Super comfy, with good support and a great bottom with a good tread. Not the most fashionable but excellent for everyday wear or those who stand on their feet at work etc.

High-quality, versatile, and extremely durable. These shoes can take a lot of use and abuse and I highly recommend them for people who need a sturdy shoe but don't want to have to think about what's on their feet. They're not bulky or heavy for such a rugged shoe, making them ideal for those who don't like to feel like they're wearing hiking/work shoes. Buy a pair of these and you're all set for a (at least) a year--that's with daily wear. And, this review is based on years of buying nothing but these shoes for my husband.

Fifth pair--that's how great these are. Very comfortable shoe for people who're active. These have great support and grip and will work equally well whether you're standing on a concrete floor or trekking through a weedy field. And while they're substantial, they're not bulky--you're not going to feel like Frankenfoot. The amount of life you'll get out of them makes them a bargain--expect years, even if you're hard on shoes. They're also good looking and can be dressed up or down. The "gunsmoke" is a soft taupe/gray that's pretty versatile. The black is a deep, rich, true black.

Sturdy shoes for people who work/play hard and regularly mistreat their shoes. These puppies last forever. The uppers hold their color and shape. Rubber soles are thick and don't slip and there's lots of life on the treads.

I have some older Merrell Jungle Mocs that are 8.5 and had to get a 9.5 in these for the same fit. Otherwise they seem great.
