My husband just loves Merrell shoes. As he has several and loves them. I ordered these for my husband and we got them pretty quickly. When the shoes arrived they were a little bit too short in the toes as we ordered a 10.5 So, I set up to exchange the same shoe but in a bigger size 11. They were shipped out right away and we received them in a timely manner. Zappos is a fantastic site to buy from! Great customer service! Would highly recommend to our friends & family!

We ordered two different Merrell styles of mocs. These were well over a full size smaller than the other style! (Could barely even get my foot in them). Super disappointed in the inconsistent sizing.

The fit was so bad that I returned the item for a full refund!

Uncomfortable in terms of pressure and pain, and they make your feet hot. These are good shoes for taking the garbage out when it's raining or short trips in rain, but they are not comfortable for walking. They are waterproof, which is nice.

Woah. I normally wear a 9.5 (Jungle Moc Suede) and after reading the reviews on here decided to go up to a 10. Yikes...My foot barely gets into the shoe. It's like a vice squeezing my foot to death! The other reviews on here seem to be spot on. This shoe is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay smaller then the regular Jungle Moc. I am even nervous to try it in a 10.5. It might actually be a size and a half small for me. So, definitely heed the warning on sizing for these. This bad boy is made small!

Having just bought Merrell Jungle Mocs the week before with a perfect fit (size 10) imagine my chagrin when the waterproof version came through a size too small. This makes me doubt the intelligence of Merrell as a company. So because of their stupidity, I had to call for support, box of the shoes to return, drive to town to ship, and then wait for the correct shoes to arrive. I can think of no reason why this serves Merrell. Thankfully Zappos provided prompt and courteous service. I will think twice before going to Merrell in future.

Bought both the Merrell Waterproof Jungle Moc and the Keen Rialto Waterproof, both slip-ons. Returned the Merrells as they were poorly constructed. An example of the poor quality of the Merrells was the grey foam that showed at the tongue and was layered throughout the shoe construction; this was going to be a hot shoe.The sizing was small and the sole was cheaply constructed, and the leather of the outside was thin. Spend the extra few dollars and buy the Keen Rialto shoe which is made in Oregon, USA. The Keen Rialto is roomier and properly sized and the quality is in high regard.

I initially got this shoe in a 10.5 and it felt a half size too big. I exchanged it for a 10 and they came, but the heel felt like it had collapsed. I returned and exchanged this second pair for a third size 10 and the shoe that came was labeled a Jungle Moc size 10, but the insole was actually black (instead of orange as pictured), the packaging was different ("out perform" on the top of the box instead of "Merrell", shoes filled with tissue instead of rigid cardboard inserts) and the size was a true size 10 (or smaller, I had a very hard time getting it on my foot). I can't really blame Zappos on this beyond the fact that the manufacturer has come out with a whole new batch that is subpar compared to previous batches. I can, however, commend Zappos!

Really a soft, comfortable shoe, but the sizing is off. The 8.5, which is what I typically wear, was much to small. I tried a 9, and my toes actually almost touched the front inside, but slipped markedly at the heel when I walked. Either the 8.5 or 9 should have fit, but both felt off.

Warning. These shoes are NOT waterproof. A light dew soaked through to my socks and the leather itself stayed damp for hours. Very disappointed.
