My son said these shoes (he wears a wide) fit him well. He likes that they are warm for winter and is wearing them to school instead of his other pair of school shoes, which he says don't keep his feet as warm as these ones.

I love, love, love jungle mocs and have for years. The nubuck seems more fashionable and the waterproof feature provides additional insurance against wet feet during unexpected light rain/snow.

This is my third pair of Merrel's and they are always the most comfortable shoes I have worn. I'm looking forward to wearing them in the Winter to test the waterproofing.

I'm beginning to wear out my 3rd pair of these shoes, over a 10+/- year time span. Bought my first pair in the mid to late 90s. After a while I but carefully sliced off the orange pull-on ring and seared the ends of the straps with a lighter as a neat anti-ravel fix. I wore that pair out, bought a second pair in the early 2000, cut the straps off and seared them, wore those out and then bought my present pair in '07/early'08. Same brown swede color, cut the un needed orange straps off and made use of them in smart casual to casual dress scenarios from office to the range. As a very active husband, father, grandfather in sales, I put these shoes through the paces, but also took care of them. These shoes have stood the test of time better than any other since I bought the Ecco brand in the early 90s. And they also give the added bonus of keeping your feet dry in rainy weather. I hope my wife takes my not so subtle hints and gets me a new pair this Christmas to replace the present ones that have spots wearing through the sole. I might even leave the pull on strap this time. We'll see. Even now, the insoles and the swede parts are in fairly good shape after 7+ years! If you need a shoe that is easy to get on without having to tie but that are stable, safe and comfortable to boot, buy the Merrill Jungle Moc. You won't be disappointed. Give them a short break-in period as the elastic bands tend to be a bit snug at first, but within a few days of wearing them, they should be good to go for years.

I got these for my husband against his protestations that his old Mocs were still OK. In truth, they are worn out after 12 years of hard wear. He had a difficult time getting the new ones on at first, but now finds them easy to slip on and off, very comfortable, stable and good traction on the soles. They look very nice on him - good color for Mud Season!

Slips on easily. Fits snug and comfortable. Stylish and waterproof. Great all around quick change when you have to feed the animals.

*Well worth the money paid. *They keep me reasonably comfortable over a 12 hour period of HEAVY Emergency Room usage. * I can probably get close to two years of use out of them before feeling the need for a replacement. *If one chooses a proper fit there will be no need for a "breaking in" period.

This is exactly what I was looking for and when the shoes arrived I was very pleased at their appearance, fit and comfort. I plan to wear them in a variety of terrains and weather conditions over the next couple of months as I travel. The shoes look nice enough to be worn in even in situations that are not casual.

I sent them back as they were to large. To day I received a half size smaller and they fit me well excellent shoes and I will bye them again.

This is my 3rd pair in 4 years. I wear these daily in all different kind of weather Very comfortable and easy to put on. Even my 2 grandsons wear Merrill slip ons. They call them PaPa shoes.

I bought my first Merrell hiking boot in 1994 for a trip to Philmont. Since them I have turned to Merrell for almost all of my hiking and footwear needs. My foot is a 10.5 wide. Merrell is one of only 2 companies that get the sizing right from shoe to shoe in their catalogue. I bought the Jungle Moc last year after a switch from a field oriented job to a desk. The shoe is so comfortable, sometimes it doesn't feel as if I have any shoes on at all. Easy to slip on and off, This width is spot on for a 10.5. The break in was almost nothing, as the stiffness of a new shoe wore off within a week and my foot settled in the insole very nicely. The grip of the sole is awesome. I wore these to work during the winter with icy walkways and snow, while most co workers were slipping in their office shoes I trotted along just fine. My job requires wearing a uniform and I wish the uniform service provider would offer these shoes for those who are not out in the field. I only had to add a waterproof coating to darken the nubuck a bit to meet the uniform standards so I can't attest to how the shoe did without the additional coating of waterproofing. I would recommend, and plan to buy a second pair when these finally wear out. But that's the great thing about Merrells. They seem to keep going. My favorite shoe company by far. They just fit.

I love these shoes so much I am thinking about buying another pair just in case Merrell quits making them. Please do not stop making these shoes! Make these in black, I will buy a second pair. I have found if you don't buy good shoes, you will end up paying in the end with foot problems. I don't have anymore problems with my feet. Thank You Merrell!!!

I love these shoes/boots/clogs and I'm on my 2nd pair. One of my regular exercises is hiking with my dog and I put serious miles on these in total comfort. In all but summer I wear these same shoes to the office and switch then to more appropriate office shoes.

I am 69 years old and have worn a lot of shoes in my life. Don't let my old age fool you I am an active outdoorsman. This June I am preparing to raft and hike in the Grand Canyon to celebrate turning 70. I have rafted the Grand Canyon on 3 previous occasions, all after turning 60. These are unquestionably the best and most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I wear them almost everywhere I go, except church (my wife makes we wear leather dress shoes there). I will be buying my 2nd pair soon, they will be with me in the Grand Canyon.

Rugged thick soles keep me above mud and ground water yet soft uppers feel like slippers.

Seven years ago my daughter took me to a small shoe store in Utah to buy me a birthday gift. I found these Merrells on the display shelf selling for a superb price and tried them on in my size. I left the store wearing them. I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. It didn't even feel like I was wearing anything on my feet. I even wore them at work, which was really forbidden since I was working in maintenance on all kinds of equipment and roofs and was required to wear a heavy protective boot. I didn't care, nor did I care they did not match my uniform. They would have to pry these off my cold dead feet before I would surrender these shoes! It wasn't long before they were dirtied by the type of work I was performing so I ordered another pair to wear around the house and wherever else I went. My only regret is they are not nearly as inexpensive as the day I found my first pair, but like any druggy, I'll pay whatever the cost because I am hooked on these for life. PS- I am a diabetic and these shoes are fantastic for people with diabetic feet.

It is so difficult to find a shoe that won't aggravate the nerve sensitivity in my feet, plus supply all the advantages of shoes which are available to most everyone else. My main purpose was to find a shoe I could wear that would give me relatively firm footing on ice and snow while visiting my family in Michigan. I was wearing Merrell Jungle Mocs in MI during Christmas last year when everything was covered in snow and ice. I had a teenage grandson on my left and my right ready to catch me if I slipped while walking from the car to the house. Last year I ended up being the only one that did not slip and fall thanks to my Merrells. This year I found that my old pair of Jungle Mocs would not fit because of the swelling that I was experiencing in my feet, so I was hopeful when I found this same shoe in the wide width. I ordered my regular size hoping that a 9.5W would not cause me too much pain. Once I got them and tried them on I didn't want to take them off. My feet haven't felt this good for months. No increase in pain, and great support from the footbed.

This is a very comfortable shoe for outdoor yard work. We haven't had enough rain since the purchase to evaluate the waterproof feature.

First time buyer to this shoes and boy what a nice shoes. Bought to wear in the winter months here in Michigan and my feet stay warm and dry. I have hot feet so I think they will be to hot for the summer.

I love these shoes. This is my second pair. The first pair I wore for about a year at work in a position that I was on my feet and moving 8 hours a day. The top of the shoes still look great, the soles wore out eventually and became slippery on concrete. Other shoes I've worn at work last only 1/2 the time.
