I have long toes so the shoe just didn't look right and it was too wide for my foot - but it was a darling shoe

The style is really cute and I liked the straps to help keep your flats on while you walk, but it was too narrow for me. No arch support either as with any other flats.

These are unbelievably comfortable! Plus they are so cute! I ordered the snake skin which are actually kind of neutral and unique at the same time. The right shoe felt like it might be just a tiny bit larger, but not enough to slip or send back. (My R foot is actually a little bigger than my left).

I got these in "midnight navy" (which is so dark it might as well be black). I love the style - I haven't been able to make them work with shorts or a short dress because I feel they make my feet look a bit long and goofy, but I love to pair them with my ripped denim for a bit of a punky yet polished edge. I find the shoes comfortable enough for everyday wear, but not for extended walking. Like most flats, they rubbed against my heels during the breaking-in period, and even after a few weeks they still wouldn't be my choice for a day of sightseeing. The elastic bands are very comfortable though, and I like how they keep the shoes on snug. These show some toe cleavage, so make sure you have socks that are short enough on top.

The item is very cute. These were a gift for my granddaughter with very narrow feet. They were almost too narrow. Because of her streamlined feet the elastic crisscross was helpful to keep them from flipping off in the heel.

I really wanted to love these but they were too wide for me. :( very cute and different take on a ballet flat. Good price point too. Really bummed out that they didn’t work for my foot.

Beautiful and comfortable flats. You can tell they are of really good quality. The only thing is the design of the shoe can make your feet look really wide even if they are not. I wouldn't buy this style again but I will definitely buy more Jessica Simpson shoes.

These are really cute shoes, but they didn't fit my feet right. The sides showed off my bunion, and the ankle straps made my ankles look fat. I love the snubbed toe and the idea of these shoes. Also, they felt thin and I would have liked a thicker more plush insole.

Loved the style but was hitting my Achilles and I know I won't be comfortable in them all day.

Love this shoe. Needs a little break in time but over all very comfortable and stylish ballet flat.

These shoes are super cute - however, the front/top is cut super low, so if you're feet are wide, it cuts right at the wrong place. had to return them.

I usually wear a 7 but in this style I needed a 7.5 this is a very cute shoe and very comfortable once you break in the heel. I bought a heel insert to widen out the back and then it was just fine.

Gosh... I want to love these. I ordered my "normal" size and they are quite narrow, so they felt tight. So, I ordered a 1/2 size larger. That didn't work because they were still too narrow for me, but now too big. Sadly, I have to return them. ð???

These shoes are cute and comfortable. I have a high arch and found them to still provide a fair amount of support. The soles are a touch noisier than I'd like, but it's a minor complaint. Overall, I'm very happy with them.

I get lots of complements on these guys! I am a hairdresser and on my feet all day. I can where these all day and not hate my feet. The criss-cross elastic makes for a customized fit. I wish there was no toe cleavage, but it is not so bad that I felt the need to return them.

I got the Mandalaye in both the black and the pink. The pink upper leather is softer, so stretched for my wider feet, therefore,I was able to get a 5 1/2 my usual size. The black uppers were didn't give as much so exchanged for a 6. The style is a nice clean lines but unexpectedly stylish. Get compliments whenever I wear them.

Nice shoe! A little short in length for my size 11 foot...no size 12 so I guess this is not for me!

Comfortable, easy to wear. I have a narrow foot and put a padded innersole inside to help the shoe fit and it was comfortable. My toe reaches the tip of the shoe because of the blunt toe, but I know that the leather will stretch so I'm not worried about the fit.

Cute flat - the perfect peachy nude color for summer dresses or crop pants. I have a narrow foot and this shoe was a little wide for me through the instep, but the elastic keeps it from slipping around.

Oh so cute. I got the sparkly pink that they call "soft gold." They do rub the back of my heels. They say they're leather, but I don't get the feeling they're going to stretch much. They're very ballerina looking, so beware. In spite of these minor issues, I like them enough to keep them.

I have a black pair and a blush pair. I love these shoes and wear them almost everyday to work with socks. I have to polish them about every two weeks because I am very rough on them. They lasted a year and I came back to buy another pair. I have wide feet, but they fit my feet anyway. My ankles swell in hot weather. The elastic expands when it needs to without getting too tight.

These shoes are very cute! They were not packaged properly and I have never seen this from Zappos before. I was not the first person to receive these and I can not tell if they were stretched out by another person but they were loose on the sides of my feet.
