This is the second time that I ordered these shoes. The first pair looked worn. The second one was not much better. I am very disappointed.

These shoes are a beautiful color. The perfect red. However, they are the most uncomfortable shoes that I have worn - ever. I do not kick my shoes off, I live in heels, but these did not stay on over half of the day. I am super bummed.

These shoes are beautiful...and sadly too painful to wear so they will be going back. I normally wear an 8, but an 8 was way too tight on my toes, and an 8.5 would've slipped in the heel. If you don't need roomy toes, or can tolerate a painful shoe for the look, then these might be for you. They looked so good on!

The shoes are adorable but caused great pain within 20 minutes of wearing them, this was a real disappointment. I returned them and looking for something that will not cause pain.

After searching for a nice, closed toe shoe they've arrived and I'm so disappointed. I wear heels daily and am accustomed to the height. They are very attractive and horribly uncomfortably. Sadly I wore them once and plan to return them. The point of the toe is very long and while walking in my carpeted office could hear the points drag. They are also very narrow and pinch the toes. Many point closure shoes are narrow and expected a tight fit until they stretched a bit. But I won't hold out for that. My one star is purely because they look great.

Gorgeous shoes, but they fit awful. I'm an 8 and these shoes leave 1/4 to 1/2" of space at the heel. JS shoes run a bit large, so I thought I could just put in a gel heel pad or something…and then I inspected the shoes further. These shoes SCRATCH so very easily!! I didn't even get to wear them--I scratched the tip with my finger nail so lightly and decided they weren't for me if every single scratch will be visible. I took some shoe cream to see if I could just buff out scratches, which would mean that I'd keep the shoes and just buff them after each wearing--and while the shoe cream blended the scratch in, it didn't remove it. It's just not worth the trouble for the price.

I purchased this shoes for me to wear at a family wedding. After wearing 15 minutes, right shoe heel broke. Then, another 10 minutes later, left heel broke off. I was really disappointed on the quality. I understand I got what I paid for, but I could believe it didn't even last a day to wear.

I have never taken the time to review a product before but felt like this was important enough to save someone else the trouble. These shoes are the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE shoes on the Planet- maybe in the Universe even. I have been attempting to wear them in my home to prepare for an event, so the bottoms are now scuffed and I sadly cant return them. They are the most narrow shoe in the world- I have normal, non-wide feet. The toe box is basically non-existent. The size is right- the shoe is wrong, so wrong. And so painful. Don't buy these... if you want to be this uncomfortable there are surely free things that you can do instead.

I found these to be uncomfortable. the backs are very straight, so your heel slides out and the top by the big toes curls in and hurts. This is the second pair that does this... so I think its the design.

These are very poorly made shoes. You can tell they're made with cheap materials; they're extremely uncomfortable, even for heels. I wore them once, to a bridal shower where I was mostly just sitting. The patent leather looks awful after just that one wear (again, mostly sitting with very little walking). It's cracking, revealing white underneath, and has deep scuff marks. The shoes look so cheap, I'm going to need to get them fixed after ONE wear! It's such a shame because the shape and style of the shoes is so nice, but the poor quality makes them terribly uncomfortable and quick to damage.

These shoes felt great at first. I was out at a party in a foreign country and within two hours I could barely stand up straight in these shoes as the leather stretches and the shoes became unstable. At one point I fell and sprained my ankle and had to walk barefoot on the streets of Peru. These are awful shoes!

Cute and comfortable. However, I've had these shoes for less than 6 months and they squeak LOUDLY when I walk now. And I only wear them maybe once a week. What a waste.

I loved the look of this shoe online and ordered it. When it came the first time the coloring was very patchy and the bottom looked worn too on one shoe. I contacted Zappos and was immediately helped and received a new pair the next day. Unfortunately the next pair had the same exact problem. The coloring is faded in many areas, and other areas doesn't even appear to be brown, the fact that there was visible dye on the white tissue paper leads me to believe that it's the way Jessica Simpson sprays these shoes. Not a good quality on the color. You wouldn't expect to spend this much on a shoe this poorly made. In some areas you can even see glue marks on the sole and the back heel. I would not order these shoes again without visually inspecting them at a store prior to purchase. However, Zappos did all they could to try and rectify the situation, they are great but the shoe simply isn't.

I'm very disappointed with these shoes! I will be sending them back. Just standing in them hurts my toes and the shoe hits at a weird spot on my ankle bone.

Buyer beware! I thought this looked like a gorgeous shoe. I ordered it in 8, my usual size. It was a very tight fit and my toes looked like they were jammed into the toe box. Returned and got an 8 1/2. Put it on and the back of one heel keep slipping out. Toes looked better. Put them on for dinner in town with my hubby. I felt very wobbly in them and the point of the heel seemed to slip slightly to the inside when I was walking, like I was walking on ice (this was indoors). By the time we walked 1/2 block to the restaurant, the balls of my feel were burning like they were on fire. Once in the restaurant, the edge of the lining seemed to press into the ball of my foot, even when I was seated. They even hurt walking to the restroom! We went for an after dinner drink and (since I wear heels all the time), I figured I'd be fine, hoping my foot adjusted to the shoe. I was crippled by the time we walked the 2 1/2 blocks. I have shoes that I know hurt, but it is worth it because they look terrific. These aren't worth it. I was afraid I would have open wounds on the balls of my feet by the time we headed home. If it hadn't been icy, I would have taken them off and walked barefoot. My husband was so worried (he'd never see me in pain like this) that he wouldn't let me walk back to the car. These are the most hideously uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I can't believe some reviewers said they wore them all day!

I love Jessica Simpson shoes for their comfort as I have a wide toe-box, narrow heel and high arch. This shoe is not built for a foot like mine. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal as I typically do with dress shoes to accomodate my toe-box, and couldn't even get my toes in the shoe. It was like watching the step sisters get fitted for the glass slipper! I will be returning these shoes and look for something similar in a differnt style.
