I think they felt true to size but I just wasn't impressed with them. They look very "blah," and have no support - even for flats. They are going to be returned.

Definitely get what you pay for with these. Not at all comfortable and the style is very matronly. I very much regret purchasing these but I had worn them a full day so can’t return them.

So stinkin cute, but sooooo tight and uncomfortable. I usually were a 6.5, but would give anything had I ordered a 7. Nine West usually fit True to size, but these do not!

Inside lining falling out after one wear. The patent leather was fine and the padding on the bottom is nice. Other than the lining falling out and coming off in chunks, the shoe is great.

Very tight in the toes much more narrow than should be

I purchased the 8 1/2 my usual size but did not fit. They are nice color but not only did it feet almost one size too small they were narrow even thought that they are cut low on the sides. I had to return them.

It’s a pretty color and I like that I could wear it with jeans or leggings. But after wearing them for more than half hour, they started to hurt my feet. The toe box area was a little tight and my feet just wasn’t comfortable. I had to donate these. Was disappointed as Nine West is a good brand and was hoping they would make comfortable shoes.

I wanted to love these shoes but after the first wear one of the pointed toes was already scuffed and during the second wear the back of my ankle started to bleed. I wouldn't recommend these flats.

Looks lovely but way too narrow and felt like the wrong size. I wear typically wear a 7.5 and I do not have wide feet. Back they go.

I loved this pair immediately because of the beautiful floral print. But after using them for two days - not even for long walks but around my office - they were sooooo uncomfortable and cut up my ankle. While it's too late to return, I won't be wearing them again unfortunately.

I bought these shoes in the same size in black leather and they're completely different in terms of fit. I don't know if it's because these are canvas instead of leather, but they were WAY too small and gave me blisters within an hour of putting them on. So disappointing, since they're adorable and my black ones are my go-to flats.

These were way too wide! Every time I take a step, the sides bow out and it looks silly. That makes them almost unwearable. I like the color and the sole is really nice, but the fit is really off.

Very uncomfortable shoes. I've worn them for a separated total of 2 hours today and I already have at least two painful blisters. I also somehow got a stain on one of them, and when I tried to wash the stain off, some of the red coloring was coming off as well. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Let me start by reviewing Zappos customer support - they are fantastic! I got immediate resolution of my issue via chat support. I needed to exchange/return the shoes due to poor quality. Not only did they allow me to exchange but I was able to do so after having worn the shoes a few times - I assume this is because we think the pair I received was defective. These shoes are darling! I ordered the pink reptile which, though a hot pink shade, were not too bright and obnoxious to wear in my conservative office environment at work. They are comfortable and a little wide for my very narrow heels. However, I wore these shoes maybe 5 or 6 times before they started to lose their shape. The sole on the heel of the right shoe started to pull away and when I had to rub them gently to get dirt off of the upper, some of the pink color rubbed off too. I am so disappointed in the quality. I expected better from Nine West. Hopefully I just got a defective pair. As I said above, Zappos customer service was fantastic with this issue and will be sending a different brand of flats of my choice in exchange.

Not a fan of this shoe. The light natural water stains really easily to a weird blue color. The sole has already come apart from the shoe after only two months of light use.

Cute shoe, dressy flat that had the look I was going for but the shoe is hard. Wasn't comfortable. Ended up having to take it off before the night was over. Wish I hadn't worn them so I could have returned them.

The shoe is pretty but very uncomfortable. It's not soft at all and trying to break them in means I'll have to wear them for a while before returning them, which I don't want to do. Also, the glitter is rubbing off pretty quickly. I do not recommend this shoe.

I loved this shoe, but the tip began peeling only one month (and probably 15 wears) after purchase. It's way too expensive for a disposable pair of shoes.

These flats, although very stylish, were to me, very uncomfortable (unwearable, in fact). They tore up the skin on the back part of my feet! and are not so comfortable in the front part as well.

I have seven pair and love everything about them....Getting ready to order the blue patent ones....

These shoes are so cute, I wanted to like them. But they cut into my ankle so bad and dug into the top of my foot so deep it left a bruise on both feet. I understand a break-in period but this is beyond acceptable.

These are without a doubt the most painful shoes I have ever worn. I walked less than 200 yards in these the first day I got them and got major blisters on the back of my heel. It seems to come from the seam at the top of the shoe. Unfortunately, they are now filled with the juice from the blisters on my feet, so they are now going in the trash...

Hurt feet

Really cheap quality shoe for the price. The leather is cheap and chips away after 10 steps. The shoe is really narrow and cuts all through the feet. Hated it.

I bought these in yellow suede and just wore them for the first time out of the house. Although I love the fit and the style, after only a few hours, I noticed they have several black scuffs all over the upper from the black soles! I really wish the manufacturer would have made these shoes with a tan sole so this wouldn't happen. I'm not hard on shoes, but these look bad after only a few hours. I'm so disappointed. I know they are going to look really beat up after only wearing them a few times. :(
