I absolutely love these Ecco Sports. They are nicely padded, provide reasonable arch support, are the perfect width for my wide in the front and narrow in the heel feet - meaning the middle does not gap when I take a step. They are a great Spring look with boyfriend jeans!

I just discovered Zappos and to say I am pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! Great customer service, easy to do business with, and this shoe is amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend it and Zappos!

The shoes were a little big (I am normally a 7 or 7.5 and ordered the 38). It was very comfortable, had a wide toe box, but I unfortunately had to return it as the back of the shoe came up too high and irritated my heel.

Extremely comfortable shoe. I am looking for something to walk around Europe in and I think I have found them. I don't love the blaring white soles of the shoe as it kind of makes me think grandma walking shoe - but they manage to still be cute and stylish. The footbed is very very comfortable with great arch support. They feel very light and breathable as well. As far as sizing goes, I wear a 5.5-6 so bought the size 36 (5-5.5) but I need to exchange for a size down. I tried out another pair of ECCO ballerinas in the same size & they fit great. These seem to run large.

They're not as AMAZINGLY comfortable as I had hoped, but they do a great job of hitting the middle ground between cute and comfy. They're cut well for my narrow heel, and don't slip off.

This is a cute, sporty flat that seems like it would be very comfortable. I was looking for an around-town, casual shoe that would be easy to wear and versatile. I LOVED these shoes. Unfortunately for me I am on the small side of a size 5. This shoe runs 1-2 sizes big. The smallest size is listed as a 36 (which is really a size 6) and is supposed to be a 5/5.5. It was more like a size 6 or 7 and there was NO chance this was going to even be close to a wearable size for me. They will be going back. If it were not for the size issue I would be keeping them for sure and would recommend them.

I like everything about this shoe except the top edge of the back of the shoe. It would have been a lot more comfortable as a walking shoe if it had the gel padding most of the Ecco walking/running shoes have. As it was, I had to place a few Bandaids strategically to keep the top edge from digging into me.

Very comfortable. I use wear them when I am going to be walking a lot, e.g. airport. They are a tad wide.

I was very excited to order these shoes, they seemed to fit exactly what I was looking for to take with me on a backpacking trip to Europe. I wear a size 11 shoe and ordered the largest size thinking that they would work. For me, that was not the case. I could tell these shoes would be very comfortable for most, but they felt 0.5-1.0 size too small. They also felt narrow, although would probably expand once they were broken in. Unfortunately, I had to ultimately return them.

I have tried so many shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe. I was really hoping that these would work, unfortunately that is not the case. Adorable style but cut into my bunion which made them really uncomfortable. I have many problems with my feet so I guess I wasn't surprised. I would have kept them for a cute summer flat but the price was not worth keeping.

I have bought other ECCO shoes and have been happy with them. I wear a 4.5 and have a very difficult time finding any athletic/sneaker shoe style in my size so I was hopeful these would work out. They are listed as size 35 which is supposed to be US 4-4.5. I say supposed to as these were not even close. My daughter who wears a 6.5-7 ended up with them. She thinks they feel great. So I gave them 3 stars because they are comfortable, per my daughter, but the sizing is way off, much more than just one size too large.

I bought them just before a trip and ended up wearing them a lot over the next three weeks while I traveled. They are great. I had some trouble in the achilles with blisters if I walked for over 30 minutes at a pretty fast pace. So I'd say great shoe for casual wandering, but not ideal for someone who wants to take these flats on a long walk.

These are cute shoes but they ran a bit big. I am normally a 7.5 and ordered the 7 to 7.5 size and I'm not sure that going down a size would be too small. For the price I felt I should love them and didn't so they are going back.

Very cute shoes but little to no support. You can take out the insole and perhaps add some more supportive insoles but I don't think that would help very much.

Ugh, I wanted to love these shoes, I really did. When I first tried them on and walked around the house, they felt comfy and were so cute, so I kept them, happy that I had found my new go-to shoe for casual outings. (I have tried on a lot of ballet flats, none of which worked off the bat, so I felt confident these were "the ones.") Since they are black suede I figured I could wear them with jeans, khakis, and casual skirts, and they do look cute with all three. The first day I wore them was for a trans-Atlantic flight. Well, my feet swelled up and were like stuffed sausages in these shoes; I could barely walk out of the airport. Okay, that's not Ecco's fault, my feet just swell up on flights. However, the next time I wore them, after a few hours they weren't comfortable at all. There is basically zero arch support, and even though I got a wide, the width gets tighter throughout the day. I can only wear them for short periods when I know I am not going to do a lot of walking, which is too bad, because that's precisely the reason I bought them, as my very comfy Keen sandals are not very stylish or versatile. I am very bummed because not only am I out the money, I am also without a go-to shoe for the summer while I am overseas.

I have owned probably a dozen pairs of Ecco shoes and they have always been very comfortable. I bought these shoes while on vacation in Denmark. They were incredibly comfortable in the store. But after wearing them a short time, the edge of the shoe rubbed on my ankle bones and the back of my heel so much that they quickly became painful and left red marks. I was never able to break them in and could never wear them without limping. I had to give them away. Very disappointing as they are so cute.

What an expensive disappointment! These attractive shoes seemed to be just right when they arrived, but after wearing them awhile, they were painfully too small. (I did order my usual size.)

Why, oh why, did Ecco change the fit of the Sport Biom ballerina??? I live in last year's model. Seriously, barely a day goes by when I don't have them on. So of course the pair I wear the most is getting a little raggedy looking. Wanting a nice new pair I tried these, but they won't stay on my feet; much wider and the mesh around the top doesn't grip the foot as well as the old style. Please bring back the old style!!!!
